I’m not sure what got into me, but last week I baked something new every day. Let’s just say the Selter team was eating well. I wanted to share a few of the recipes I came up with…starting with these 🍪 Coconut Oatmeal Protein Cookies 🍪. These little guys take about 5 minutes to make and 6 minutes to bake, and about 1 second to inhale. I’m a huge cookie lover and these are definitely #selterapproved
* 1 scoop 🍫 @TheSpartaNutrition Krunchy Krisp Protein 🍫 * 3 cups blended quick oats
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 cup coconut sugar
* 1/2 cup coconut oil
* 1/3 cup oat milk
1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Place oats in food processor and pulse until they are a flour like consistency.
3. Mix baking powder, salt, sugar, and protein powder together
4. Add in coconut milk and coconut oil.
5. Mix together until mixture is moistened throughout.
6. Format the dough into 3-5 inch cookies on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 6 minutes - let cool for 5 minutes - and enjoy!

Happy Sunday fam :) I wanted to remind everyone today that you never really know what someone is going through. Although some might say my life looks “perfect,” that is just a social media facade. I love the phrase “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. I decided to post about my panic attack the other day to bring attention to the severity of mental health and the stigma that surrounds it. I am going to share all the things that I find helpful with you guys on my stories and my blog in the upcoming weeks. I want to use my platform to help others going through what I am going through. Always remember you are not alone and to ask for help, this is only a small bump in the road that you will overcome and learn from!
