MEDITATION SUNDAYS - What is Prana? Prana is our breath considered as a life-giving force. Prana is seen as a universal energy which flows in currents in and around the body.
In this video Anna @annandiyoga explains the different energy channels  through which prana flows and why it's important to have these channels balanced. 
Last Sunday Anna taught us some prana meditation followed by stillness meditation. It was quite insightful to learn the different techniques and to experience that feeling of lightness and peace after completing the meditation.
Challenge for the rest of the week is to practice 10 minutes of meditation a day. It could be on the train, before bed, just after waking up, while waiting for the washing machine to finish etc. You can incorporate meditation into your life little by little and before you know it you'll be meditating effortless.

this week I am focusing on the Backbend Pose or Anuvittasana

Flexibility isn’t only splits but include ur back , shoulder ,neck all body 
Standing backbend is a wonderful heart-opening pose. It helps to release tension, especially in the neck and shoulders. This pose helps to open up the respiratory system for deeper, fuller breath.
Standing Backbend is also a fantastic preparatory pose for any deep backbend like Wheel * Engage all of the muscles in your legs, focus on drawing your knee caps up. Keep your tailbone tucked under, belly drawn in, and heart forward.
* Release the tension in your shoulders and stand tall, reaching up through the crown of your head.
* Place the palms of your hands on your lower back, with your fingers pointing towards the ground, as you draw your elbows together.
* Take an inhale as you lift up tall through the crown of your head and focus on drawing your belly in, keeping your core strong.
* Exhale to arch your spine back, only go as far as feels comfortable for your body. You can keep your neck in line with your spine, looking forward, or drop your head all the way back.
Remain here for three to five breaths. Focus on opening your heart as you deepen your backbend. Remember to keep your abs engaged and continue lengthening your spine.
When you are ready to exit the pose, inhale as you slowly return to Mountain Pose, stacking your spine one vertebrae at a time. Use your palms on your back and your core to support you. y stacking the upper spine. #yoga#adhomukhasvansana #backbend#BackbendPose #Anuvittasana

My very first time attempting #kurmanasana #tortoisepose .
Breath plays an important role in the practice of all yoga poses, but here, in the practice of Tortoise Pose, the forward fold may bring pressure to the abdomen and the chest and hence awareness of the breath, along with the movement of the body becomes essential to avoid any kind of injury. .
Awareness of body, which helps to remain calm and refreshed: The moment one gives attention to the movement of the body or the limbs in any posture along with the breath, the body becomes calm and relaxed. When this calm body goes deeper into the pose, the awareness increases in relation to the breath, bringing the entire nervous system calm and refreshed.

I’m learning to fly
but I don’t have wings... All the feels teaching our heart chakra class last night.  Synchronicity and healing.  Vulnerability and heart break.  So much gratitude. PAZ . . . 
Cada vez son más y más  personas que anhelan visitar ese paraíso,  ese destino sereno que los conecte con la Paz.
Es quizá el viaje más largo que  puedas imaginar,  y a la vez no necesitas ni siquiera moverte, y menos hacer maletas. 
Ese recorrido requiere darse la vuelta hacia ese portal llamado "yo"
Sí,  tu, yo, ella o el . . .
.
Meditar a diario es atravesar nuestras capas, piel psique, energía, alma para darnos cuenta que ese Paraíso  esta aquí mismo,  dentro de este envoltorio llamado cuerpo físico. .
Paz es ese estado de consciencia que nos acompaña desde el principio,  sólo que le sofocamos hasta acallarlo con ese ritmo frenético y hacer desproporcionado de cosas que llamamos Vida.

A la Paz le buscamos con afán y se nos pierde con tanta facilidad que llegamos al punto de pensar que hay sitios donde nos la proveerán . .
Y vamos a decenas  o a cientos de experimentos para obtenerla, con pequeños o grandes resultados,  sólo que breves y efímeros. 
Esta frase lo resume sin desperdicio alguno: . "Puedes ir hasta el fin del  mundo y sacar a pasear los miedos y demonios o despedirlos  sin siquiera salir de casa." Porque la Paz no se encuentra afuera, se reconoce y se vive continuamente  cuando sales del ensueño. Cuando Despiertas  y te haces consciente de que tu mismo eres su generador. Cuando la nutres  con tus pensamientos,  verbo y acciones. 🕉

Hoy le doy gracias a mi cuerpo por todo lo que puedo hacer.

Le pido disculpas por esas veces que lo vi feo en el espejo. Hoy lo abrazo y lo consiento.

Admiro como ha cambiado con los años, ni para bien, ni para mal. Cada día es un cuerpo nuevo.

Prometo darle el tiempo necesario cuando necesite recuperarse y también prometo cuidarlo cada segundo, con mucha atención y mucha calma.

Bhoga is a Sanskrit word which means “enjoyment,” “consumption,” “experience” and “sensual pleasure.” Here in Europe I feel this everywhere. People are so much into this. And it really looks like samsara, because day by day they do run after pleasure, after sensual experience, after success.l and never get fully satisfied.
~
Even though they feel that this is not the main thing, maybe even not what they really want, but still they don't know the other way, other path... Path to the real self, path of yoga, path to happiness without comparing, judging, achieving, mating for exchange and for casual pleasure. How to find this path in such a materialistic world?
~
Here are 3 simple steps:
1️⃣• Firstly, get the right knowledge, real knowledge about the universe and the world. It is written in old.yogic texts. If you need comments on Yogic scripts, please read Indian authors.
2️⃣• Secondly, find people who are practicing real yoga, who are seeking for truth and spend more time with them. As an option listen to the spiritual talks more: BK Shivani, Sadhguru, Swami Rama, Eckhart Tolle. 
3️⃣• And finally, start practicing real traditional (NOT ASANA) yoga daily. Very soon you will see that life is changing: you become more relaxed, happier, more satisfied and free from hectic mind and emotions. You will love yourself and life again and will feel lots of energy, space and freedom.

Такое письмо как-то пришло на корпоративную почту нашего клуба! Вспоминаю и смешно..КАК много было факторов, которые могли поставить крест и жирную точку на моем желании ПРОДОЛЖАТЬ то, что я люблю и чем занимаюсь! Юля, как ответственный сотрудник отдела продаж, письмо скрыла и написала ответ: «Дорогая редакция, я не знаю, в чем заключается феномен этого тренера, но несмотря на все указанные факторы, она собирает полный зал на своих занятиях!»
.
Как только наш клуб стал одним из клубов сети @worldclassclubs в мою жизнь ворвались самые сильные, серьезные, мощные и фантастические изменения! Мне тогда было почти 30 лет, мы с Ленкой укатили на 3 недели на Филиппины, и после возвращения я окунулась в бесконечные обучения и тренинги от лучших презенторов групповых программ LesMills!
.
Было ли тяжело?? Было, еще и как! «Живот втяни» - кричал на меня @ser.karenin …А Я ЕГО УЖЕ ВТЯНУЛА! 😂😂😂 То, что заставило выйти из зоны комфорта, то,что отзывалось болью во всем теле, открыло ТААААКОЙ океан моих возможностей, что я до сих пор удивляюсь, каким потенциалом обладают наши тело и ум при правильном подходе!

Каждая программа, каждый презентор дали понять, что Ваши возможности безграничны! И чем больше Вы отдаете энергии, тем больше Вам возвращается в ответ!

🌸THE GOOD LIFE: DETOX🌸

Il primo appuntamento di THE GOOD LIFE con @emanuela_caorsi riguarda il DETOX, per cui parliamo di TORSIONI!

Perché Detox? Perché le Torsioni hanno moltissimi benefici, tra cui quella di eliminare appunto le tossine grazie alla “strizzatura” che gli organi interni subiscono e il ricircolo di sangue e liquidi che ne consegue naturalmente.

Ecco perché praticare le torsioni!

1️⃣ Aiutano la digestione, andando a lavorare su gli organi interni dell’apparato digerente e migliorandone la funzionalità 
2️⃣ Aiutano a mantenere la normale lunghezza e resilienza dei tessuti molli della colonna vertebrale, andando a ripristinare la flessibilità articolare naturale

3️⃣ E’ un aiuto per il mal di schiena, in quanto allungano e rinforzano I muscoli della schiena, andando ad alleviare i dolori provocati da posture scorrette che ripetiamo quotidianamente 
4️⃣Danno una grande energia, stimolando e rafforzando il sistema nervoso

Nell’eseguire la torsione, non dimenticare prima di inspirare e allungare bene la colonna verso l’alto e poi con l’espiro di cercare la torsione. ☀️☀️E voi le praticate abitualmente le torsioni?
