 Yoga Poses for Lower Back Relief
.
Here are a few adjustments that could be helpful:
1️⃣ Keep knees bent as much as you need to, prevent rounding the lower back. Relax the neck and allow the elbows to feel heavy.
2️⃣ You can place palms on a table/chair and start walking the feet back. Keep the knees bent and walk the hips back (but keep hips slightly lifted)
3️⃣ Palm should be directly under the forehead. If the palm doesn’t touch the floor, use a block and keep knees slightly bent
4️⃣ To prevent compression in the lower back, first lift the chest, then try to lower the pubic bone close to the floor (not the other way round). Walk the forearm further away from the body to reduce intensity
5️⃣ Keep the chest lifted (shoulders away from ears) as you turn the head to look at your toes
6️⃣ If the hips are high, you can place a block below the sitbone for support. You can also place a block in the forehead to relax the shoulders
7️⃣ If the heels don’t touch the ground, roll a towel under the heels. Keep the chest lifted to find length in the spine.
8️⃣ If the back is rounded in this pose, roll a towel and place it under the sit bones
9️⃣ Flex the foot of the straight leg to keep the hips grounded as much as possible. Keep the side body long as you twist.
🔟 Keep the knee and ankle stacked on top of each other for both legs. If the knee is high away from the ankle, that’s okay. You can even use a block to keep the knee supported.
11. Hug the knees in only as much as you can still keep the lower back on the ground.
12. Use a towel or block to support the crossed knees. Keep both shoulders on the mat.

Camel cues

1) Kneel, shins parallel and hip width apart, awareness in the feet

2) Place the hands on the lower back, finger tips pointing towards the head, begin to lean back keeping the gaze steady and slightly upwards.
A slight back bend may be as far you go for a while, it certainly was for me.

3) When you're ready you can begin to release your hands to the ankles before releasing the head back - if comfortable in the neck!

4) To come out of the bring the hands to the lower back, one after the other, staying engaged in the core draw yourself up straight .

Auch Menschen mit physischen Einschränkungen sind in der Lage Yoga zu praktizieren, denn zwei Körper sind niemals identisch. Wir haben alle verschiedene Stärken und Schwächen und unsere Gelenke können große Unterschiede aufweisen.

Das Hatha Yoga baut auf fünf Säulen auf: ▪️Asana (Körperstellung)
▪️Pranayama (Atemübungen)
▪️Entspannung
▪️Ernährung
▪️Meditation / positives Denken

Berücksichtigen wir diese fünf Säulen und integrieren sie in unseren Alltag, entsteht Achtsamkeit, Bewusstheit, Respekt und Wertschätzung. Somit übernehmen wir Verantwortung für den Umgang mit unserem eigenen System als Voraussetzung für einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit unserem Umfeld.

I am happy that life has been slowing down a notch lately, which have left more room for me to get back into my daily yogapractice😍 So today I am finally gonna go to my amazing yoga collegue classes at @endorfin_alingsas 😍
And tomorrow its my Afterwork yoga😀❤️ Så glad att livet börjat lugna sig lite vilket har lämnat utrymme för mig att hitta tillbaka till min egna dagliga yoga praktisering 😍 Så idag ska jag äntligen passa på att vara med på min fantastiska yogakollegas klasser 😀❤️ Och laddar lite extra för min Afterwork yoga imorgon 🤩

I don’t have many words lately.
Quotes aren’t sticking either.
Just lots and lots of reflection.
Traveling alone (or letting yourself be alone) does that. You get reacquainted with yourself. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s important to sit with it: the things that come up, whatever they may be.
It’s not within the peaks, but the valleys that you come back home to yourself; that you become grounded and can be full.
And to remain there, content and positive, not to get lost, is the ultimate human challenge 🌱

Do you remember life before the smartphone and the social media? I think I had more free time! I spent more time with friends and family, I organised more outdoor activities, I knew more people in person than behind a screen! For this reason I have decided to take a couple of days break from all of this “social” and be more social with people around me! I’ll be back in few days, I just need to rest and spend more time with my loved ones! I need to retrain my mind to use my phone with limitation! I must admit there have been few disappointing episodes with IG but I take this as a positive signal from the Universe🦋. Have you ever done this before? Всем привет) начинаю новую игру с новыми заданиями. И я снова ограничена в действии, времени и в месте. Всем привет) начинаю новую игру с новыми заданиями. И я снова ограничена в действии, времени и в месте. Я думаю, кто следит за моей страницей уже это заметил)) на сколько хватит стены, такая и поза будет😭😂🙈🤦🏻‍♀️🤭🤥📿 на самом деле, есть еще один пункт, но он со стороны . Насколько быстро можно сесть на шпагат?

Один из самых часто задаваемых вопросов среди тех, кто только начинает тянуться.
Есть ли на этот вопрос универсальный ответ? Конечно нет!
⠀
Ведь все мы по-разному гибкие от природы. Кому-то может потребоваться несколько месяцев, а кто-то даже без постоянной практики при хорошей разминке сможет сразу сесть на шпагат.

Так что же стоит делать, чтобы исполнилась такая маленькая, но все же мечта о шпагате?
⠀
Ответ один: постоянная практика растяжки, пусть всего 10 минут в день, но следует обязательно тянуться. Причём просто садиться на шпагат в скрюченном положении не имеет особого смысла, нужно делать все последовательно и обязательно уделять внимание вытяжению задней поверхности ног.

5 асан ниже как раз помогут в этом:
⠀
1. Полунаклон вперёд сидя с вытянутыми по диагонали руками.
Садимся на коврик, одна нога вытянута вперёд, стопа на себя, вторая согнута в колене, пятка максимально близко прижата к паху.
Стараемся от копчика до макушки, а так же до кончиков пальцев рук держать одну прямую линию.
Удерживаем положение 10-15 дыханий и повторяем на другую сторону.

2. Полный наклон вперёд стоя.
Внешние края стоп параллельны друг другу,  делаем вдох и вытягиваем руки вверх, с выдохом наклоняемся вперёд и животом тянемся к бёдрам, грудью к коленям (при необходимости немного сгибаем ноги), кистями подтягиваем себя за голени к ногам.
Удерживаемый положение 30-60 дыханий.

3. Собака мордой вниз.
Универсальная асана, которая так же помогает вытянуть заднюю поверхность ног.
Удерживаемый положение 30-60 дыханий.

4. Поза пирамиды.
Соединяем ладошки за спиной, как в намасте, и с прямой спиной наклоняемся вперед, центром груди тянемся к колену. 
Удерживаем положение 15-20 дыханий и повторяем на другую сторону.

5. Наклон с выпрямленой вперёд ногой.
Опускаемся на коврик на колени, одну ногу выпрямляем и выводим вперёд, бедра остаются на уровне согнутого колена, животом тянемся к бедру, спину стараемся не скруглять.
Удерживаемый положение 15-20 дыханий и повторяем на другую сторону.

День 2 поза воина на выбор.
.
Доброе утро! Какая же погода на улице! Не холодно и не жарко!! Вот она-золотая середина!  Именно утреннее солнце ассоциируется с детством! Бабушка поднимала нас с сестрой рано-рано утром. Мы шли по-пустыному городу на пароход, и плыли 1.5 часа на дачу)) ну, не сказка ли?( настоящая медитация!)) И так все детство. С бабушкой и везде! Именно она привила любовь к природе, лесам, раннему утру, сон на свежем воздухе. На дерево залезть!) Купаться под дождём, прыгать с баржи!)) А еще, на все летние каникулы бабушка возила нас и собаку в летний домик (где она родилась) на Немане. И мы там жили, собирали алычу, ходили в кино с орешками в шоколаде за щеками)) коров гоняли) я даже доить научилась)) спали на матрасе из соломы, кормили ёжиков молочком. А один раз остались ночевать на сене)  ооох, у меня по-истине счастливое детство! ❤@talking_avocado
