Tu peux porter autant que ton voisin qui vient de commencer la muscu et qui n’y connaît rien, la différence c’est que toi tu te focalise sur ton muscle et tu t’appliques sur ta technique pour avoir des ressentis et ça c’est le plus important pour progresser.🔥
Alors écoute ton corps, concentre toi sur le groupe musculaire que tu travailles et persevere. 🙏🏼
Les résultats ne viendront pas du jour au lendemain mais leve toi chaque jour avec l’envie d’en donner encore plus, d’aller au bout des choses, au delà de tes limites, déchire toi à la salle, mange bien et repose toi pour récupérer. C’est le secret de la progression ! 💪🏼🍑

Ham her!👆🏼Han er guld værd og grunden til, at jeg kom så godt igennem mit første Marathon! Han har troet på mig lige siden den dag for flere mdr. siden, hvor vi aftalte, han skulle være min pacer, og han vidste jeg havde mere i mig end de gyldne 4 timer, der umiddelbart var mit eget mål 🙈 Jeg ramte aldrig rigtig muren på dagen, for Per lod mig ikke gøre det. De gange jeg beklagede mig over noget, blev der lukket ned for det med det samme, og vi formåede at holde en fest hele vejen. Der var aldrig brug for de store peptalks, men det at han hele tiden lavede mellemregninger på vores tider og til sidst kunne sige, at vi lå langt foran målet gav mig styrken til at kæmpe videre. 1000 tak for alt Per. Tak for flere gange at sørge for væske til mig, altid have et øje på mig og altid at have troen på mig. 42,2 km er langt men har bestemt ikke skræmt mig! 🤗

🔥🔥 Buona parte delle donne tende a fare l’errore di utilizzare poco peso e fare serie lunghissime, con la falsa credenza di definire i muscoli,pensando che con i sovraccarichi aumenta troppo il volume dei muscoli,molte volte invece ,come gia’ visto puo’ creare o aumentare uno stato infiammatorio  dando come risultato grossa ritenzione e tono assente e/o dimagrimento bloccato.
Invece una buona programmazione deve prevedere anche per la donna parti dedicate alla forza per un miglioramento a 360 :
- maggiore Reclutamento di unità e fibre
-Migliore prestazione fisica in generale
-Azione del sistema nervoso centrale
- Maggiore robustezza ossea e dei tessuti connettivi (quindi anche prevenzione di malattie come l’osteoporosi), - Aumento di massa magra e la diminuzione del grasso corporeo, quindi Potenzia il  metabolismo
- Aumento dell’autostima man mano che il massimale aumenta(ci si sente piu’ forti) e vedendo cambiare la forma del proprio corpo.
L’impostazione del programma per la forza deve tenere in considerazione che la donna ha una marcata difficoltà a reggere l’intensità rispetto l’uomo (carichi alti prolungati), ma si adatta benissimo al volume di allenamento.

Personally, I never eat foods like this. It’s important to know that that is my own personal choice, and I’m happy with that. The reason I don’t is because I am satisfied with my diet and don’t ever feel the urge to eat these kinds of foods. However, I think it’s important that we don’t completely ignore them. Even though I don’t eat “unhealthy” foods, I still believe it’s mentally healthy for people to engage with them and not completely remove them from their lives. I personally find it satisfying just looking at foods like this without feeling tempted to eat them, but if you suffer from low will-power then it’s important to know that these foods can still be consumed as part of a healthy balanced diet.

It’s all about having a positive relationship with food and finding a diet/lifestyle which works for you because remember, everyone is different and that should be respected x

The reason I don’t is because I am satisfied with my diet and don’t ever feel the urge to eat these kinds of foods. However, I think it’s important that we don’t completely ignore them. Even though I don’t eat “unhealthy” foods, I still believe it’s mentally healthy for people to engage with them and not completely remove them from their lives. I personally find it satisfying just looking at foods like this without feeling tempted to eat them, but if you suffer from low will-power then it’s important to know that these foods can still be consumed as part of a healthy balanced diet.

It’s all about having a positive relationship with food and finding a diet/lifestyle which works for you because remember, everyone is different and that should be respected x

wouldn't say this was the bestttt workout i've had but still pushed though it. my squats SUCKED today IMO (form was off, felt weak) i didn't even need to see it on video i could feel it 😅 but disregarding that i tried to not let it affect the rest of my workout 😄 save this for your next leggie day, your quads will be burning🔥

Mine sterkeste sider innen trening er muskelvekst/stramme opp, vektnedgang/lavere fettprosent og kosthold! Selv er jeg mamma til tre små og har vært gjennom en lang prosess med både trening og kost for å komme dit jeg er idag 💗 Ingenting er umulig! Men man trenger en god dose dedikasjon, kontinuitet og gjerne noen som pusher en på trening slik at man yter det lille ekstra, samt setter opp det riktige treningsprogrammet og matplanen til akkurat deg. Vi har alle forskjellige utgangspunkt og ting man må ta hensyn til ☺️

Apsilankius @clinicdpc nutariau kad tai mano nauji namai !  Jau aš taip nemėgstu tu odontologiju.. tie kvapai.. tas jausmas kai ateini ir žmogus tiesiog atlieka savo darbą. Čia truputis kitaip. Įsimylėjau visus darbuotojus esančius ten nes pasijutau kaip kad bendraučiau su senais pažįstamais :) taip faina !!! Na bet žinoma ne tik bendravau bet ir gavau nežmoniškai gražius ir baltus dantukus .  Neskausmingai ir begalo greitai!
