In the past... you never would have caught me out wearing my hair naturally.

seems silly right? I was so caught up on my naturally curly hair. I HATED it.

Now I sorta love it.

But my point is that we are truly our own worst critics. It’s so easy to tear ourselves down and point out every. single. flaw.

but why? how does this benefit us? how does this contribute to our lives?

I know it’s hard, but today I challenge you to stop yourself every time you find yourself picking yourself apart.

This evening I managed a 5K✅💪🏼 Sunday was the first time since August 2018 that I ran. 
This evening I had the doctors for scan results, to clear my head I ran. No where near my previous pace before my illness but it’s great to be back.

Ladies, far to often we get what we deserve when it comes to having a man, that’s because many times we settle for less just to say we have somebody, some women rather have a piece of man than to have no man at all, we have to STOP 🛑 settling for less and pray and wait for what we deserve. I’ve been recording my lifting sessions lately to check form for exercises I can’t use a mirror for. During yesterday’s lift, I realized how much more work my hip thrust needs. So I’ll be trying some things to get that posterior pelvic tilt for better glute activation. Always a work in progress here! I’ll have to do a video update when I make some more progress! If you’re not doing barbell hip thrusts, you should add them to your routine (along with banded glute bridge, banded or cable hip abduction, barbell lunges, Russian deadlifts “RDL’s”, etc...there is no one perfect exercise. All about that variety!) I’m not forgetting squats...they’re great and all, but they are more quad dominant (especially if your stance is narrow). Keep toes pointed out slightly and wide stance if you’re looking to target glutes more, and don’t forget to squeeze at the top. A deeper squat is better for glutes too, but if you have limited hip mobility (🙋‍♀️, and probably a lot of runners) doing a deep squat could cause the dreaded “butt wink”. Avoid this if you want to keep lifting without injury or back pain, and work on hip mobility stretches.🙏

Weak glutes as a runner can lead to Achilles tendinitis, shin splints, runner's knee, and iliotibial-band syndrome. Who has dealt with at least one of those? 🙋‍♀️

This is when was a bit fat (belly fat). I broke down in stress and so on I ate a lot especially sweet things. 
Then boom after one week it turned out to be like this. 🤧

Get out of stress is one of typical “skill” that everyone needs to work well on. 
I will tell u mine - how I get out of it: 🍓I do meditation every morning. (Or be in silence.
🍓 Thanks god or be grateful for a new good new day coming (it means you still alive in new day) 🍓 Doing spell “Think positive” 🍓 I smile and list down what small change I can do to silve the problem. 🍓 Be patient
