I’m just gonna keep reminiscing this 120 x 3 PR until I can get back under this weight again.

Had to make the decision to pull out of competing full power at the British. So I’ve put a request in the compete bench only, cause I don’t want to miss competing at @bodypowerexpo when my bench is still strong. I’ll be back stronger next year 💪🏽

It's important to fuel your body with some form of protein, so grab a handful of almonds, cottage cheese or whip up a protein shake. Then eat small meals every 3 hours throughout. The snatch pull with a rebend is a good way to improve timing of the transition under the bar.

3.15 am training, taking inspiration from yesterday's videos by @marc_lebert and @val_powaful (the last two with the #lebertequalizers) 💥 A session of firsts💥

This is literally my first attempts at these exercises. Some I did pretty well on and some not so good at all.

There's a couple of near misses in here too including almost face planting the floor (full video is on my Facebook page) 🤪

A bit of work is needed on the flow of movement especially on the last two but every day is a school day and a chance to learn.

Playback speed is just under 2x's normal speed

I’m not a person to compare my self to someone else , I’m not a person to try to be someone else , I’m not a person to please anyone else but “myself “only for the simple fact that we are all different , body wise, personality wise and just everything wise 😂
