Spent some much needed time today working on my fitness plan.  I am so busy training my clients, I often struggle to get all of my training in, but this is a passion of mine,  and I do love seeing my clients progress.  It is so exciting to see them morph!!! I really struggle in general to build legs, just genetically I build upper body much more easily. I'm also still trying to regain my strength after tearing both lats and my tricep.  In addition to this, I'm trying to achieve the lever, something I was working on before my injuries. These are some of my goals.  I am excited to see the gains from a revised plan.

Started off the work out with 8 sets of barbell presses with one minute rest in between .
Next 8 sets of dumbbell raises .
Last 3 sets of face pulls .
So that was just a quick workout was so tired after work thought a quick session would be better then nothing

Rear delt peck deck. The first 2/3rds of the range of motion is great to focus on for your rear delts.
The last 3rd of the range where you pull all the way back and retract your shoulder blades is mostly mid trap focused, I like to find a balance between them. One great trick is to do full range of motion, and on failure continue with partial reps to really burn out those rear delts.

Sundays are my shoulders days yet againnn.
If you want mass on your shoulders Barbell Overhead Press is great for that.  Don't confuse push press and strict overhead press for the same thing. I like to keep my form as strict as possible, ie don't bend at the knees.

Did some lateral raises too, I like to lean forward so I bring the dumbells in front of me allowing for a greater range of motion (rom)

🚨One of the best reasons for the Smith Machine, is that it stations the plane of movement, making it more easier to apply stress to whatever muscle without stabilizing much. BUT, it should only be used in approaches that involve stress, not strength.. that is what Barbell and free motion weighted movements are for.
