Avocado, Apple And Chicken Salad -- a #green dish. I marinated a pound of chicken strips in dried dillweed, pepper, salt, olive oil, garlic powder and coriander and put in the oven to bake.  While the chicken cooked, I cut up spinach, avocado, a green apple, celery, sweet onion and parsley in a salad bowl.  Two limes, salt, pepper and dillweed joined the mix.  When the chicken was done, I let it cool and then slivered into the 'salad'. Done!  Quite delicious overall.  I made a lot of modifications to @paleoleap recipe's measurements, switched to a green apple from red, used a different type of onion, cooked my own chicken, and added most of the spices and spinach, but I'm sure the original is also fantastic!

Полендвица
Скоро закончится пост и многие уже готовятся. К празднику мы часто сушим мясо. Рецепт элементарный. Любой справится.  Получается очень вкусно и у домашнего мяса нет запаха жидкого дыма и искусственного копчения.
1 кг вырезки для полендвицы (свинина), 4 зубчика чеснока, 250 гр соли, перец по вкусу. 
Филе натереть солью (тщательно втирайте соль во все ложбинки и ямочки). Положить в глубокую миску, придавить прессом, накрыть полотенцем и поставить в прохладное место на 3 суток. Дважды в сутки переворачивать филе.
Очистить и измельчить чеснок в чеснокодавилке. Натереть мясо перцем и чесноком. Завернуть в легкую х/б ткань, перевязать бичёвкой и подвесить сушиться на 4-6 суток. Так как мясо стояло под прессом, основная часть воды ушла и сохнуть оно будет быстро.
Приятного аппетита :-) На заднем плане колбаса. Тоже собственного производства. Разрезать её пока не могу, ещё не высохла. Это я водкой её протирать сняла, чтобы сохла правильно. Заодно сфоткала, для красоты естественно. Когда будет готова выложу рецепт. Главное успеть сфотографировать.

Chicken Fajitas. This is "the meal". You know the one meal that EVERY kid will eat in your family. Funny thing is this started out as Daddy's fajitas many, many years ago. He would cook once or twice a year and it'd be amazing. We had to have these more than once a year so Mommy, aka ME  started doing them. The kids still snicker when I tell that story because they don't really remember it fixed by him. No matter who is the one fixing it, you'll be sure to enjoy it. It's a quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients:

3TBLS Cajun seasoning

1 tsp smoked paprika (smoked gives it that extra oomph!) 3 TBLS oil

4 large chicken breasts, sliced in fajita chunks

1 large red onion, sliced

3 bell peppers, sliced, multi-colored ones look most appealing 
Instructions:

Slice the chicken into thin slices about 1½ inches long.

Sprinkle Cajun and Smoked Paprika spices over the sliced chicken; let sit a few minutes while doing next step:

De-seed the peppers. Cut them and the red onion into medium thin slices. Place the slices onto a plate.

Heat an oiled pan (I use a wok) over medium- high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan. Cook everything until the chicken is tender or for about 5 minutes.

Add the peppers and onion to the pan. Stir and cook for 3 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Add more seasoning if needed.

To serve: Place the chicken mixture into a warmed flour tortilla with your favorite toppings: shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa! Roll the wrap up and enjoy!

My boyfriend doesn’t think I cook very well, but I can make some pretty lovely lookin smoothies 💁🏼‍♀️🍍 I experimented with this guy the other day as Cleanser Smoothie, when I woke feeling a little more “stuffed up” than usual 😉 All ingredients assist with digestion & are immune boosting ;
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple
- 1/4 Apple
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 1/2 Celery
- 3 drops Lemon essential oil
- 3 drops Ginger eo
- 3 drops Citrus eo
- Splash of almond milk & h2o!

Switched it up from my usual noodle bowls, and went with brown jasmine rice and quinoa this time! 😋😋😍 Got enough prepped for the whole week! 👌

Black olives + cilantro + kidney beans + corn + Cafe Yumm sauce + sriracha + seasoned brown rice with quinoa (recipe below!)... 🌟😍🌟 .

Seasoned Brown Rice & Quinoa:
.
.
1. Heat to a low boil in a large pot: 1 1/2 cups of brown jasmine rice, 1 cup of quinoa, 5 cups of water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp minced & dried onion flakes.

2. Once boiling, cover pot with a lid, and reduce heat to low/med-low. Ensure that the water is still simmering, and increase or decrease heat accordingly. .
3. Let simmer for about 20 minutes (check to see if the water has been fully absorbed into the rice and quinoa, and simmer, covered, for longer if needed). .
4. Optional: Remove from heat and stir in 1, 14 oz can of red kidney beans; and 1, 10 oz package of frozen corn.

5. Enjoy!! 😍🍚😍 (Caution: Makes enough for approximately 10 servings. Cut recipe amounts in half if desired! 😊) .

LIIFT 4 Week 5 Day 1: Chest/Triceps - LIIFT 50/50 + CDF Relief ✅💪🏻🔥 So glad to get that done! We had a fun Easter with lots of yummy food. I’m glad to have enjoyed it, and now I’m back to my weekly routine.

🍦Sorvete de maracujá:
➡️3 bananas maduras;
➡️1 maracujá;
➡️1 colher de sopa de pasta de amendoim integral

🍦Sorvete de morango:
➡️3 bananas maduras;
➡️12 morangos médios;
➡️ 4 colheres de sopa de leite em pó ou se quiser pode ser o leite de coco em pó;

🍦Sorvete de manga:
➡️3 bananas maduras;
➡️1 manga média;
➡️ 4 colheres de sopa de leite em pó ou se quiser pode ser o leite de coco em pó;
.
⏺️Corte a banana em rodelas, bata no liquidificador, adicione os demais ingredientes e bata novamente, coloque em um pote fechado e leve ao congelador por pelo menos 4 horas.

Directions
In a small POT, heat olive oil over low heat.

•BIZCOCHO DE CALABAZA Y NUECES❗️😵🖤🎃🤩.
*No lleva azúcar ni edulcorantes y tiene un sabor dulce buenísimo de verdad!!!.
*La receta la cogí de @lagloriavegana pero la mía tiene alguna que otra modificación porque hay cosas que no tenia en casa, igualmente ha quedado brutal🤩.
*Además es VEGANO🤭.
Os dejo la receta aquí 👇🏼.
.
Ingredientes:
-250 gramos de calabaza asada.
-200 gramos de harina integral de trigo.
-60 gramos de aceite de oliva virgen extra.
-12 dátiles (los míos eran normales).
-150 ml de bebida de soja.
-1 sobre de levadura en polvo (vienen 7 gramos por sobre).
-Canela en polvo al gusto (yo siempre pongo bastante).
-Nueces.
.
PROCEDIMIENTO:
0. Ponemos el horno a precalentar a 200 grados (calor por arriba y por abajo).
1. Chafamos la calabaza hasta hacer un puré, quitamos el hueso a los dátiles y los ponemos a remojo(simplemente ponerlos en agua cada vez que le vamos quitando el hueso, no hace falta tenerlos x tiempo).
2. Trituramos la calabaza con el aove, la bebida de soja y los dátiles.
3. Mezclamos la harina con la levadura y la Canela.
4. Añadimos los ingredientes líquidos (que más que líquido tiene que quedar algo denso) a los ingredientes secos y mezclamos todo.
5. Cuando ya tengamos todo bien integrado añadimos nueces troceadas, mezclamos y llevamos al molde con papel de horno o engrasado con aove.
6. Metemos al horno 45 minutos a 180 grados.

Yo hice la receta tal cual os he explicado con esas medidas y la verdad es que ha quedado genial🤩 nos ha encantado a todos en casa!!
Además solo lleva ingredientes naturales y muy 🔝.

Baked Garlic Lemon Tilapia for a quick healthy dinner on a busy night!

6 (6 oz each) tilapia filets
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tsp fresh parsley
salt and pepper
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400°. Melt butter on a low flame in a small sauce pan. Add garlic and saute on low for about 1 minute. Add the lemon juice and shut off flame. Spray the bottom of a baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Place the fish on top and season with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon butter mixture on the fish and top with fresh parsley. Bake at 400° until cooked, about 15 minutes.

バーチャーミューズリーとは、オートミールやミューズリーをミルクやヨーグルト、フルーツと混ぜ柔らかくふやかして食べるスイスの朝食の定番🌞マカダミアを使うことにより、歯ごたえの良い食感をプラスできますよ^^

○材料○
ジャンボオーツ 200g

マカダミアナッツ(粗みじん切り) 100g
ドライクランベリー 100g
低脂肪牛乳 100ml

Have you ever experienced this before? When you are reminded of something that you had forgotten for so long while simultaneously you are in disbelief it was temporarily deleted out of you memory box 😦?This can go for anything!  A moment, a person, a fragrance, a meal.. anything! -

Well, this soup is one for me!  As soon as I seen it, my heart was warm!  I immediately remembered my childhood and my mother ❤️ Thank you @jenan_zammar for inspiring me to make this for my family and taking me back in time!  Ps... this is usually made with Vermicelli noodles, I swapped it out with chickpea noodles for a healthy GUILT FREE version!  It is DELICIOUS!! -

Guilt Free Spaghetti Soup 
1/2 lbs ground meat
3 tbs olive oil
1 bunch parsley chopped
3 medium onions diced
3 minced garlic cloves
3 tbs tomato paste
4 quarts water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Add olive oil to your pot then add diced onions and saute’ for a few minutes then add ground meat, garlic, little salt and pepper until meat is cooked.  Add the water, tomato paste and chickpea noodles.  Allow to boil for 5 minutes then simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens!  Add in the freshly chopped parsley, mix and enjoy! —

Well, this soup is one for me! As soon as I seen it, my heart was warm! I immediately remembered my childhood and my mother ❤️ Thank you @jenan_zammar for inspiring me to make this for my family and taking me back in time! Ps... this is usually made with Vermicelli noodles, I swapped it out with chickpea noodles for a healthy GUILT FREE version! It is DELICIOUS!! -

Guilt Free Spaghetti Soup
1/2 lbs ground meat
3 tbs olive oil
1 bunch parsley chopped

🍊💦I finally got it together and made foaming hand soap today. This is one product I hate shopping for because it is so difficult to find without EDTA and sulphates.
This is so easy, non-toxic and WAY cheaper!!
I used:
💦An empty foam pump dispenser
🌿2 tbsp @drbronner almond Castile soap (smells amazing!)
🌿1/2 tbsp @woolzies almond oil
🍊5 drops each @doterra On Guard & Tangerine oils
💦Top up with water and shake gently

Baked BBQ Chicken on Salad!

2 chicken breasts, split 
Your fave barbecue sauce
Yellow onion, sliced
Jalapenos
Shredded cheddar cheese

In your baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, layer chicken breasts (salt and pepper them!), barbecue sauce, onion, jalapeno, and cheese. Bake at 375°F for 30 mins.

Serve on a bed of green leaf lettuce, yellow onion, tomato, and croutons tossed in ranch dressing. 
This was minimal effort and maximum yum!

Aujourd'hui c'est lundi, j'ai choisi d'observer pour une fois le #lundisansviande, en plus que c'est le #jourdelaterre.  J'ai donc fait ce spaghetti au pesto de kale et ail noir (qui inclus aussi de l'huile d'olive et de la levure alimentaire plutôt que du parmesan.

Nacho average Mexican dish 😏

Ever read the packet of corn chips and noticed the serving size is roughly 50g, did you also notice that 50g means only as few as 7 chips?

The upsetting side is the calories can soon stack up not to mention the salt content!

Why not try this Nacho recipe made out of baked potato instead of corn chips and no added salt guaranteed!

Ingredients serve 2-3
•
3x Medium Red Skin Potatoes
200g Black Beans
100g Cherry Tomatoes
40g Spring Onion
100g Vegan Cheese
Guacamole (1x Avocado, 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice, Pinch Salt, Pinch Coriander)
3 Tbsp Homemade Mexican Seasoning (recipe coming soon)
30g Jalapeños
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•
•
Optional Additions:
100g Corn Kernels
1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt or Sour Cream
Regular Cheese (In place of vegan cheese depending on preference)
•
•
1. Preheat Oven to 200C & line tray with baking paper
2. Thinly slice potatoes length ways (optional skins on or off)
3. In bowl coat potato with 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and Mexican seasoning
4. Layer potato onto lined tray and place in oven for 20-22 minutes or until crispy and golden 
5. Remove tray and turnover all potato slices
6. Top with black beans, cherry tomatoes, cheese and any extra toppings of choice before placing back into the oven for an extra 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted
7. Remove from oven and top with spring onion, guacamole, jalapeños and sourcream/coconut yoghurt or any additional toppings of choice 
8. Dig in!

《 Pão de tapioca com queijo 》

Ingredientes:
▪3 xícaras (chá) leite
▪1/4 de xícara (chá) óleo
▪1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) tapioca granulada
▪2 ovos batidos
▪1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) queijo parmesão ralado
▪1 colher (chá) sal
▪2 e 1/2 xícara (chá) polvilho doce
▪Óleo para untar

Modo de Preparo:

Em uma panela, em fogo médio, aqueça o leite e o óleo. Despeje sobre a tapioca em uma tigela e deixe descansar por 30 minutos. Adicione os ovos, o parmesão e o sal. Junte o polvilho e misture até ficar homogêneo, ou até  começar a desgrudar das mãos. Modele bolinhas e coloque em uma fôrma untada. Leve ao forno médio, preaquecido, por 25 minutos ou até dourar levemente. Retire e sirva. Bom Apetite!

Receta:
- 1 onza de Campari
- 1 onza de Gin Hendricks - 1 onza de vermouth rojo Martini
- 1/2 rodaja de naranja
- 4-6 cubos de hielo

Preparación:
Poner el hielo en un vaso de whisky, agregar el Campari, el gin y el vermouth. Mover con una cuchara mezcladora de forma circular. Decorar con la naranja y listo.

- 1 onza de Campari
- 1 onza de Gin Hendricks - 1 onza de vermouth rojo Martini
- 1/2 rodaja de naranja
- 4-6 cubos de hielo

Preparación:
Poner el hielo en un vaso de whisky, agregar el Campari, el gin y el vermouth. Mover con una cuchara mezcladora de forma circular. Decorar con la naranja y listo.

I think this is one of the best meals that I’ve ever made. If you’re going to try one of my recipes, then you for sure have to try this one! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you all that we didn’t even take “profesh” pictures of it. I mean just wow! This meal has all of the flavorful feels and the sauce compliments it so well. If you’re not sure what to have for dinner, boom, here you go

Ingredients:
.
1 head of cauliflower
2 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp pepper
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp thyme
¼ tsp chilli pepper
Olive oil
Lemon juice
.
Sauce:
1 bunch of fresh parsley
Garlic
Olive oil
Lime juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
.
Instructions
.
Preheat your oven to 425F.
Chop the cauliflower into florets.
Place in a large bowl, squeeze lemon juice and drizzle olive oil. I used about ¼ of a lemon.
Toss.
Put bowl to the side.
In a small bowl, mix all of the seasonings together.
1 teaspoon at a time, spread seasoning over cauliflower and mix well.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over it.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

While your cauliflower is baking, make the sauce.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency. I used 6 garlic cloves, about 3-4 tbsp of olive oil and a whole lime.

Serve with quinoa, brown rice, or by itself! And let’s not forget the avocado!

It’s here. The first true failure of #TacoBelleAtHome. The internet is a great place, but it’s also a vessel for fake recipe hacks and very convincing YouTube videos that will make you think that you can recreate fluffy, light, airy Cinnamon Twists using rotini noodles. 😂😂 0/10 would not recommend frying these; you will be left with solely a kitchen that smells slightly of burnt carbs and noodles as hard as your disappointed soul. #tacobell #recipe #recipefail

My ajumma invited me over because she was making traditional napa kimchi. 😊
I learned so many things - like you shouldn’t add carrots because it breaks down something that lessens the nutritional value. 😱
I also learned how to wrap it up nicely. It looks just like a baby. 🥰

Orange roughy fish seasoned with McCormick garden vegetable seasoning and pan-cooked on medium high in a lil olive oil! Sweet potatoes were roasted at 420 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes. Salad is a kale, broccoli, and Brussel sprout mix with poppyseed dressing! Delicious and SO easy! .

•1/3 cup almond milk
