Idag kände jag mig extra taggad på träningen då jag igår anmälde mig och Viktoria till en crossfit tävling i september! Kände att jag behövde den extra motivationen och ha ett mål att sträva efter. Det resulterade i att jag klarade att göra strikta pullups... Verkligen inte vackra men dom är godkända 👏 avslutade passet med en löprunda med medel hastighet på 5,23 som jag även där är jävligt nöjd med 👏 små framsteg men de går framåt 💯✌👌❤

Trazioni alla sbarra. 
Provare ad eseguire il movimento completo fallendo miseramente è molto spesso motivo di scoraggiamento.
Semplicemente, si “molla” l’esercizio e si passa ad altro.
Le trazioni alla sbarra però sono da considerarsi BASILARI. 
Non mollare, semplicemente “avvicinati” ad esse usando regressioni che nel tempo ti porteranno ad acquisire forza necessaria a performare l’esercizio base.
La fase eccentrica è notoriamente quella dove abbiamo maggiore forza,  rispetto alla concentrica. Quella isometrica lo è ancora di più!! Ti propongo un esercizio combinato che a fine circuito si sentirà tremendamente, per non parlare dei giorni successivi (come sentire i postumi di un incidente con un camion)! Rendi la concentrica facile e concentrati sull’isometrica mentre ci aggiungi la destabilizzazione e la perturbazione di un paio di High Knees e poi con la forza residua trattieni l’eccentrica, la fase di ritorno come meglio puoi, controllando il movimento e mantenendolo per almeno 3”.
Qui sono all’ultimo giro di 5 facenti parte di un circuito tosto tosto e lo scampanamento nella discesa è indice che stiamo arrivando ad “esaurimento”.
Insistendo, nel tempo, avremo migliorie sulla performance che ci porteranno ad aumentare le reps, a rallentare ulteriormente e controllare meglio la fase eccentrica, ad aumentare il carico esterno e a performare l’esercizio completo senza ausilio di “aiutino dalla regia”. Be smart, train smarter.

This is by far my favorite spot for training  muscle-ups and pull-ups. ❤🌞😀
Under somrarna tränar jag till stor del utomhus. Ibland har jag tillgång till ett utegym, ibland inte. Jag tycker att man kan få bra träning för hela kroppen helt utan redskap, bara man är lite kreativ :). Om man vill investera i något redskap tycker jag att ringar är det mest prisvärda. Det finns så mycket kul man kan göra med dem. Pull-ups!

Pull-ups/chin-ups are one of the best exercises for pulling strength.  Let me know if you are interested in a tutorial!

Here I am demonstrating the transition from passive to active hanging which some call "pulling prep". You are preparing yourself for your pull.

Keeping the arms (and body) straight drive your shoulder blades down. The shoulder joint is how you transfer force from your arms to your torso and from your torso to your arms. If you want to use your lats (you do because they are bigger than your biceps) as well as keep your elbows and shoulders healthy, then don't skip your pulling prep.

As you try harder variations such as the popular kitten weighted pull-ups it is even more important that you ensure you remember to do your pulling prep especially if you want to advance to muscle-ups or chunky-cat-weighted pull-ups.
