A client who I started off in Powerlifting is doing extremely well. Her and I reunited 3-4 weeks ago and it’s been PR city. It is great to see someone so driven go after something. Don’t forget the basics!! Body weight pushups are a great finisher for my chest/triceps day. 
Here I’m using the bosu ball to work my core for stability, keeping my elbows closer to activate my triceps, all the while still engaging those chest muscles!!

Full squat, bench, deadlift day.  Means 2+ hours in the gym, minimal accessory movements, and no pump but I really enjoy these days. 
_Bench : 225 for a double paused 🚨 followed by 
_3 sets of 6 at 205 T&G
_Deadlifts: 3 sets of doubles at 275. Weight feels light on these, still working to lock in better form. 
_Squats: 3 sets of paused doubles at 245. These felt good, I think I need to utilize more paused work, should really help with my strength out of the hole.

While I don't dig the price, I absolutely love that I can get hamburger THIS lean. 96/4. I have been really struggling lately with my weight and staying on the wagon. I gained just a few pounds back (still down apx 95#) but have been maintaining for quite a while now. However, I need to LOSE MORE, not just maintain. Trying to get my motivation back but at least I had a healthy dinner; a taco salad made with my extra lean beef, yum!

Sim, é estranho, mas vou explicar, os nossos hormônios precisam de gordura para desenvolver suas funções, lembrando que os hormônios estão ligados diretamente na síntese de massa magra, Claro que devem ser gorduras consideras saudáveis, como azeite extra virgem, abacate, castanhas, nozes, amêndoas, etc.

3- Durma bem, mínimo 8 horas por dia.
Assim como falei anteriormente os hormônios estão ligados diretamente na síntese de massa magra, e eles realizam estes trabalhos principiante durante o nosso sono, o hormônio do crescimento é um exemplo, não acorde para ficar comendo ou tomando suplemento, você vai estar atrapalhando e muito sua produção muscular.

4- Beba bastante água ao longo do dia.
Para o crescimento muscular precisamos de proteína, exercício, hormônios... E água! A água é um ingrediente essencial para que o músculo tem condições favoráveis para seu crescimento.

5- Consuma proteínas.

It's been one year since I joined the team @paradigmgyms. Reflecting on that year, I can't help but feel grateful.
