Hey Warriors!

Took a little break! Normally, I would apologize but I am learning there is no need to apologize for needing time for me! My family life is better for it, as well!

Today was very emotion packed for Princess Bug. I don't blame her as I was pretty overwhelmed myself today! I even napped when Priness Lily napped.

I did do my workout this morning even though I was pretty tired this morning. It was leg day today. I worked them and then did my ab and butt workouts.

This evening I got the crying picture of Princess Bug to capture just how much she loves playing with our neighbour across the street. She cried when I told her she had to wait until we were all done supper to play. Then they had a wonderful time playing sidewalk chalk and cruising on their bikes!

Enjoy the little moments because they are easy to miss!

Mrs. Beth squatting with the @_marrs_bar for the first time today. As you can see she lost balance on the second rep. This is because this bar forces you to squat with your hips and if you don’t root your feet into the ground it will expose that lack of brace. I told her what she did wrong and the rest of the set went good. Big shout out to the guys at Marrs Bar. Y’all have created an outstanding product that luckily @obtusesimpleton and @legacybarbell let me utilize for training my clients.

Training legs to start off the weekend 😋☺ did more singles of 80kgs. Still felt yesterdays migraine a little bit, so I tried to go as heavy as possible without making my brains explode. Did some accessory work as per usual 💁🏻‍♀️ .

Heres what I did tonight:
Squats: working up in weight/ 6x1
Box squats: 5x5/6
Hip thrust: 3x5/ 3x8-10 dropping weight each set 
SS leg press/ rdl: 3x10
SS rdl/single leg back extension (glute focused): 3x10
Leg extension/lying leg curls/abductor machine: 3x10-15/ last sets drop sets)

There's just so much to smile about, when I can get to the gym and lift.

I haven't spoken much about it, but for a period of about a month and a half I wasn't able to work out at all, due to some medical things.
°
So, I can't be anything but thankful that I'm back to working out 👊🏼
°
Such is life, my friends. And while I have to do some very minor rebuilding of my strength, it's always all for the long haul.
°
I've created a new workout and nutrient plan for myself to get me even stronger than before. This BABY GORILLA IS ABOUT TO GO ROGUE!🦍😃 Ya bettah watch out!
