Leg day with a focus on hammies. I've been using the GHD (Glute Ham Developer) at least once a week to strengthen and grow my hammies. Man today’s workout almost killed me (literally was about to pass out and had someone drive me home). I found out that I didn’t eat much this morning before hitting the gym so lesson learned on my part. Anyways, I hit legs today & here’s my workout below!!! LEGS:

I always do simple walking lunges. 
Typically 5 sets and about 8-12 reps each leg. Don’t do a lot of reps mainly because I’ve already killed my legs and just want to finish with a simple compound movement that really target the Hamstrings, Glutes, and Quads. 🔥

Did what I felt were some decent squats today up to 255. Weights starting to creep upwards again, yay! Going to take a rest day tomorrow and work on the meal plan, need to get my nutrition back on point consistently. Next week going to hit it hard at both #F45 on my heavy lifts.

Between tonight and tomorrow things are gonna be crazy still packing, still need my #sanitycheck. Working out helps so much with my mood, and endorphins ❤. It's what I need at the emd of my day if I had a long day or if I am able to get it done early in the AM it helps throughout my day. Either way I love working out and how accomplished it makes me feel when I'm done! Plus I have lost 5 lbs i. The last 2 weeks and going back to doing 21 Day Fix and using weights again has helped my knee and my quad strength build up eminencly! My instability I was feeling before, I hardly feel it at all now if not ever!!!! Unless I step a wrong way! 😂

I always recommend Topshop jeans to ladies that are looking for stretchy jeans that are high waisted and suck everything in! My favorite style is called the “Jamie jean”...they are about 70 dollars but I always recommend investing in staple pieces instead of cheap jeans that won’t last you! All my topshop jeans have lasted me for years ❤️

been on the dl with the fitness ish lately. due to the pressure of constantly worrying about posting, having content ready, swipe videos, etc. imma do my own thing. the quality and intensity of my workouts have improved so much since I haven’t been so up my own ass about posting for you guys (and myself). can you have great workouts and post them daily?? hell yea. can everyone though? prolly not. at least in my case. it can be an added stress for me that just doesn’t need to be there, and just honestly isn’t fulfilling to me at the moment. would rather not have to repeatedly ask to retake pictures/videos because im not satisfied with what I see, so I just am not fucking with it at the moment until I’m in a better spot mentally. 
been kind of in a weird spot with my body/how I perceive myself these days, and the constant pictures & videos of myself just doesn’t add to that. it’s a rough time being in a position where you want to provide useful content, especially with a lil bit of a following/friends on here that I want to keep up with daily. but at the end of the day, we gotta do this shit for ourselves.

i rocked this oversized hoodie warmup-workout-cool down to keep the sweat alive. 💦 the purpose of this workout was to sweeeeeaaaatttttt. and sweat a lot. this was an amazing challenge for my body and it LOVED IT. i felt amazing afterwards!!
i have been SO bored with working lower body it’s not even funny. i decided to make this workout different than any workout i’ve ever done and it PAID OFF!
get ready to sweat with this one!!!

1️⃣ 12 deadlifts
2️⃣ 15 plate squat to raise
there is no rest in between these exercises and a 15-30 second rest period between sets. there are 5 sets. 
take 1-2 minutes rest before starting the next superset section. (superset #2) but don’t take long! you want to stay warm!

SUPERSET TWO  x5
3️⃣ 20 weighted step ups
4️⃣ 12 raised heel goblet squats
one again, no rest between the exercises. 15-30 second rest between sets. there are 5 sets. 
take 1-2 minutes rest before starting the next superset section. (superset #3) but don’t take long! you want to stay warm!

SUPERSET THREE  x5
5️⃣ 12 leg press
6️⃣ 16 curtsy lunges

this took me under and hour and i was DRIPPING SWEAT! this hoodie kept the heat in and i can’t tell you the last time I sweat this much! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
