A crisp high five goes to the first few people who can find the mistake in this video. 🤣🤣 Another “armour building” workout - if you stick around, you’ll see this one show up in my feed quite often.

I did 20 rounds alternating between left and right hands with my 20 kg bell.  The whole workout took roughly 42 minutes to complete.

Here’s my training philosophy now: Pick up, swing, and walk with heavy (ish in this case) things. Our bootcamp session was a little on the slower side today taking into consideration what each person needed. There has been sickness, returning from holidays, returning to exercise and just general tiredness 🙋🏼‍♀️ If there’s one thing we do well at Fitness For Wellness, it’s doing what we can with what we have on the day and not feel the need to apologize for that. I love, love swinging a Kettlebell. Before I started training with Kettlebells I used to be a Cardio girl. Loved step aerobics.  There have been times in the past where I tried my best to be consistent with a workout program at the gym - tried to fall in love with traditional strength training programs but never loved it. Always did it cause I know how important it is - but never loved it!! Taught yoga, taught Pilates. Liked them. But never loved them. I am so thankful I found Kettlebell Kickboxing. Friday fun... MMA fitness @youngsmma, boxing with @relentless_mma, deadlifts (and squat and bench, don't judge), TGUs, plenty of mace play and blueberry protein pancakes for dinner to refuel. 
I know, totally jealous of how hard I party on Friday! 🤣 
Came across this fun song this morning 🎵 Slow🎵... "I don't wanna go slow"... BUT. Maybe it's a good time to start. Slowing down, chilling the hell out and PLAYING. Trying things out even if they're foolish, or don't work. Backing up and making sure the foundation is strong and letting everything fall into place whenever it does. And throwing all if it out there unapologetically. Because it feels great. 
Next week my goal is to put in lots of slow reps with mace. Drill the basics. Work on the foundation. And my local friends who can make it in to @youngsmma... I can teach you, step by step, to do this too. ❤

Сдавать нормативы ГТО и получать значки сейчас очень популярно. И помимо стандартных физкультурных нормативов, таких как бег, прыжки, подтягивания, отжимания, в комплекс ГТО включен и рывок гири 16 кг, что не может не радовать

Нормативы по рывку ну очень лояльные

Так, например, для получения золотого значка ГТО мужчине до 40 лет необходимо выполнить рывок 16 кг снаряда 40 раз в течении 4 мин с одной сменой рук

В нормативах для женщин рывок отсутствует
