For me i’ve switched to using The Grind from @primabolics as i’ve decided to go stim-free. To my surprise I trained much better without stim .. but using the grind still provide me good mental focus, endurance & power alongside with amazing pump. 
Next up is my favourite produce at all time .. Subcut from @atpscience .. this little guy here helped me to loss 35kgs before .. so i’m very exited to put it back in this cut again!

So last week I wrote that my left shoulder was hurting like crazy. On Saturday I got taped by Ricardo from marric-center and immediately it got better. Yesterday he taped me again, but this morning I felt the same ache in my right shoulder. Exactly the same spot. I think it is stress, so busy with work, singing and much more. Really time for our vacation in a few weeks ☀️
I also left out my exercise and training the last few weeks, but not anymore. This morning I started with the cross trainer and I feel already better. Physically ill, that’s how I felt this morning. But I only can change my thoughts and my behavior myself 💪🏼. Tomorrow very early I will be in the gym again 👍🏻👍🏻

Nailed it. It may not look like much but let me tell you..... I've never made something I'm so darn proud of. This is my version of @tanfrance mums chicken mushroom curry (followed that to a tee) but I made my own Indian inspired cauliflower rice. The amount of spices I used for this meal is unreal but also all reasonably priced (besides saffron, @homegoods  actually sells fairly priced saffron believe it or not). It is jam packed full of flavor that each bite makes you question,  is it sweet, is it spicy, is it floral, am I tasting peppers? All at once. For the mushroom and chicken, simply go to @tanfrance page or Google it and follow the instructions.  For my rice. I take 2 tbsp of butter in a pan, put cinnamon stick broken in pieces and small amount of clove and make a brown sort of liquid. Then I add frozen cauliflower rice (no additives just regular cauliflower) , a small bit of water to help and stir, then add ground cinnamon,  saffron, ground coriander and cumin. Just dabs of each. I have been tweaking this recipe to my taste.... and didnt measure it. I smell the spice and then add what I want with it. Cooking isnt a science. The rice ended up on the sweeter floral side this time and my curry.... just perfect. This is what I call "Pakistan meets India. Love not war"

Nailed it. It may not look like much but let me tell you..... I've never made something I'm so darn proud of. This is my version of @tanfrance mums chicken mushroom curry (followed that to a tee) but I made my own Indian inspired cauliflower rice. The amount of spices I used for this meal is unreal but also all reasonably priced (besides saffron, @homegoods actually sells fairly priced saffron believe it or not). It is jam packed full of flavor that each bite makes you question, is it sweet, is it spicy, is it floral, am I tasting peppers? All at once. For the mushroom and chicken, simply go to @tanfrance page or Google it and follow the instructions. For my rice. I take 2 tbsp of butter in a pan, put cinnamon stick broken in pieces and small amount of clove and make a brown sort of liquid. Then I add frozen cauliflower rice (no additives just regular cauliflower) , a small bit of water to help and stir, then add ground cinnamon, saffron, ground coriander and cumin. Just dabs of each. I have been tweaking this recipe to my taste.... and didnt measure it. I smell the spice and then add what I want with it. Cooking isnt a science. The rice ended up on the sweeter floral side this time and my curry.... just perfect. This is what I call "Pakistan meets India. Love not war"

Fasting has shrunk my stomach so much. Who would have thought these tiny plates of food would fill me up! I could eat the mc donalds family box to myself (not even lying) 🐷🐷😂🤢 and now some leaves cheese avo and 30grams of salmon fulls me all the way up 
D. Slow cooked sausage casserole with a side of lettuce and baby spinach. Didnt have time to make mashed cauliflower like i had planner to because i was so time poor. Maybe 2moro

Sesame Lime Marinade and Dressing:

6 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons fish sauce*

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons fresh finely chopped cilantro

Salt and pepper, to taste

pinch of cumin, optional (gives it a nice kick)

1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Salad:

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided (for the stovetop method)

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 cup cooked corn

2 avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced

6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Make the marinade/dressing: Whisk all the marinade ingredients together. Reserve half of the marinade in the fridge to use as the dressing and pour the remaining half into a large zip-top bag. Add steak to bag and marinate for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients and start cooking the bell peppers. Drain the steak and discard the marinade.
For the grill: Preheat grill or broiler and allow to get very hot.
Lightly oil the grill grate, and place bell peppers on top. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear. Remove and cut into slices.
Remove the steak from the marinade and gently shake off any excess. Grill for about *5-6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
Transfer steak to work surface. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut across grain into thin strips.

Confused by the endless debate about how to do keto "properly"? Truth is it depends on what stage you're in:

Stage 1) Transition. Duration: 1-2 months. This stage is all about breaking your carb addiction and transitioning off of carbs😳! How? ... "dirty keto" 🤣 Forget everything you think you know about healthy eating - YOU ARE IN REHAB - every time one of those carb cravings hits, eat as much dirty, greasy - CARB FREE - keto food as you want. You need to be SUPER strict on zero sugar or starch - one pinch of the white stuff will send you into relapse. Eat bacon & eggs, steak, deli meat, cheese, nuts - whenever you want. Don't worry about calories or the nagging suspicion that this isn't healthy... the important thing is that you do not cheat - not even once - fight cravings with fatty snacks. In this stage a cheat will throw you out of ketosis for 2-3 days and reset the whole process - so don't do it!

Stage 2) Weight Loss - duration: As long as it takes! Once you're over the cravings it's time to start cleaning up your act. This is similar to the whole food diet - but fewer carbs. Guys, we’ve got to stop telling ourselves we can’t reach our goals. One of the biggest parts of my journey has been turning my constant negative thinking into positive thinking. I came from a very negative place and throughout this last year I CHOSE to start looking at things from a positive perspective. Negativity really can and will hold you back. It’s funny the things that will change when you stop telling yourself you can’t do something and start telling yourself you can and will do this. Be kind to yourself. Stop being so nasty to yourself all the time. No you can’t just love yourself healthy but that’s one of the first places you should start. Eating right, staying active, being kind to yourself and using positive thinking are such powerful tools and when you put them all together you fuel yourself in a positive way. Guys, we’ve got to stop telling ourselves we can’t reach our goals. One of the biggest parts of my journey has been turning my constant negative thinking into positive thinking. I came from a very negative place and throughout this last year I CHOSE to start looking at things from a positive perspective. Negativity really can and will hold you back. It’s funny the things that will change when you stop telling yourself you can’t do something and start telling yourself you can and will do this. Be kind to yourself. Stop being so nasty to yourself all the time. No you can’t just love yourself healthy but that’s one of the first places you should start. Eating right, staying active, being kind to yourself and using positive thinking are such powerful tools and when you put them all together you fuel yourself in a positive way. 1 head cauliflower, rinsed
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small onion, diced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1 lime
2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the core and let the cauliflower dry completely.
2. Roughly chop the cauliflower into florets, and place half the cauliflower in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower is small and resembles couscous. Set aside and repeat with the remaining cauliflower.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the onions and garlic and cook until soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the cauliflower “rice” and stir to combine. Add the salt and pepper and continue to cook, stirring frequently until cauliflower softens about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a large serving bowl. Add lime juice and fresh cilantro and toss gently to incorporate. .

* 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan, finely grated⁣
* Salt and fresh cracked pepper⁣
* 2 large cloves garlic, grated⁣
* 1 teaspoon paprika⁣
* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning⁣
* 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided⁣

For the cauliflower rice⁣
* 3 cups riced cauliflower (about 1 medium head)⁣
* 1/2 cup white onion, chopped⁣
* 2 large cloves garlic minced⁣
* 2 tablespoons vegetable stock⁣
* Juice of one lemon (+ zest, if you like)⁣
* Red chili pepper flakes, optional⁣
* 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped⁣
⁣
1. In a shallow plate, combine parmesan cheese, grated garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Season the chicken with salt and pepper; dredge in the parmesan mixture; shake off excess and set aside.⁣
2. In a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden on each side and cooked through – about 3-4 minutes for each side, depending on the thickness of your chicken. Transfer to a plate.⁣
The cauliflower rice⁣
1. In the same pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Fry the garlic and onion for 1 minute until fragrant — be careful not to burn.⁣
2. Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet and stir to mix everything together well and coat in melted butter. Cook, stirring regularly for 1 minute.⁣
3. Stir in the 2 tablespoons vegetable stock, about half the parsley, and lemon zest (if using). Cook for one minute to reduce juices then add the lemon juice and a few sprinkles of leftover parmesan cheese, if you like.⁣
4. Adjust seasoning as needed. Stir in the remaining parsley. Return chicken over cauliflower rice and reheat quickly. Serve with fresh cracked black pepper, red chili pepper flakes, and more parmesan. Enjoy!❤️⁣
