Low carb, low fat, Fasten, Kohlsuppendiät .. was ist denn jetzt richtig? 
Um es direkt vorweg zu schieben: Um abzunehmen benötigst du „einfach nur“ ein KALORIENDEFIZIT! Heißt, du musst weniger Kalorien zu dir nehmen, als du verbrauchst = Entweder weniger Kalorien essen oder mehr verbrauchen (bewegen). THATS IT! Welche Form des Kaloriendefizits jetzt richtig ist, hängt meiner Meinung nach von 2 Faktoren ab: Was ist dein Ziel und vor Allem was ist für dich wirklich langfristig umsetzbar!! Eine Kohlsuppendiät verspricht zwar ein hohes Kaloriendefizit, die Wahrscheinlichkeit dabei Muskulatur zu verlieren oder dass dir die Suppe nach spätestens 1 Woche aus dem Hals hängt, ist dabei ziemlich groß. Willst du Muskulatur in der Diät halten oder vielleicht sogar aufbauen (ja auch das ist möglich), dann solltest du auf eine regelmäßige hochwertige Eiweißzufuhr achten! Ground to shoulder (do chão para o ombro)

Exercício popular no Games de 2012.
Se resume em tirar a Slam ball do chão e com um movimento rápido, puxar a bola e passar sobre os ombros. 
Ao utilizar grandes cargas, simule como se estive movendo uma pedra de Atlas (Atlas stone). Ex. 
1. Agache;
2. Encaixe suas mãos debaixo da bola e a segure com seus antebraços;
3. Levante com o peito alto e CORE ativo;
4. Posicione a bola sobre as coxas;
5. Abrace a bola conforme você fica de pé;
6. Use o quadril para gerar força e criar “momentum” para subir a bola;
7. Mantenha a cabeça firme e incline ligeiramente para passar a bola sobre os ombros;
8. Deixe a bola cair após passar os ombros

Hello IG, 
J’ai essayé de vous faire un petit avant après, la photo de gauche date de septembre 2018. (Ça sera plus flagrant en maillot cet été mais pour le moment on fera avec ça) C’est à dire un peu plus de deux mois après mon inscription à la salle. Petite histoire pour tous ceux qui me demandent comment je fais pour être à ce point motivée. Déjà j’ai tjrs été passionnée de sport, je ne me suis jamais forcée. A ce moment là , Je courais entre 40 et 60 km/semaine, je pratiquais 3 heures de renforcement chaque semaine, je mangeais +/- de 1700 calories, je pesais 47 kilos. J’ai décidé à ce moment là de changer. De sport, d’alimentation car je voulais autre chose, je ne voulais plus de ce corps que je trouvais enfantin et sans formes, ces énormes baisses de tension dans la journée, ces journées sans aucunes forces parce que mon corps me disait stop ! tous ça cause d’un petit démon intérieur avait peur de prendre du poids. J’ai fermé les yeux, j’ai mangé, j’ai appris un sport que je ne connaissais pas ou peu. J’ai évolué grâce à Instaaa et oui car tellement de personnes partagent leurs histoires, entraînements..., et maintenant je suis passionnée par ce nouveau milieu, ces personnes que je croise chacun matin qui sont aussi tordues que moi à vouloir soulever de la fonte. J’ai appris à me reposer, à récupérer, à me nourrir comme il se doit Et je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi bienn ! je suis contente du début et je vais continuer dans ma lancé, j’ai quand même bien pris des cuissosss et du 🍑 ahah, un peu des bras, dans les joues et beaucoup sur la balance mais j’aime bien !
Mais surtout entraînez vs par passion avant tous ! (Ps : mon ventre n’est pas aussi gros mais il fait tellement beau dans le nord en ce moment que mon teeshirt est gonflé a cause du vent 💨 svpppp 🤦🏼‍♀️😂) !

Some weeks it might not feel like you are getting anywhere, that’s the beauty of being a woman we (and our bodies) can be stubborn b*tc#es and not do what we are told, just because! 
Progress is not linear... Weight goes down, weight goes up, it’s bullsh*t! But anything that’s worth having isn’t meant to be easy (unless you are genetically blessed, then I’m jealous of you). I feel like I am constantly hitting road blocks trying to achieve the body I want but it is these battles that make me stronger and appreciate what I have. 
Let’s keep chipping away, celebrate all the wins, enjoy the highs and the lows along the way. It’s all the things that make us beautiful✌️ @muscletech .

Non aspettatevi risultati immediati,non aspettatavi il fisico scolpito in poche ore,non aspettatevi di perdere massa grassa in pochi giorni,non aspettatevi più massa muscolare in una settimana,non pensate sia semplice e veloce perchè non lo è.
Come ogni cosa anche il bodybuilding ha bisogno dei suoi tempi,il corpo deve cambiare poco alla volta,non fissatevi con diete estreme,serviranno solo a farvi perdere peso velocemente,il vostro corpo catabolizzerá,perdendo anche massa magra e non appena avrete un momento di cedimento cadrete di una abbuffata,o nella "migliore" delle ipotesi vi stancherete e tornerete alla vostra sbagliata alimentazione giornaliera.
Togliete dalla testa lo stereotipo:"i carboidrati fanno ingrassare",o peggio ancora "DOPO LE SEI NO CARBS",ma spiegatemi una cosa cosa cambia da 100 g di riso/gallette/pasta mangiati alle 13 e 100g dello stesso alimento mangiati alle 20?NULLA,assolutamente NULLA,semplicemente la stessa dose di carboidrati ad un'ora diversa.Non importa a che ora li assumete,importa l'introito giornaliero dei macro e micronutrienti.
Non credete a nessuna tisana miracolosa,nessuna pillola,nessuna crema,nessun attrezzo in tv,niente di niente.La tisana la prendi la sera mentre guardi la TV per rilassarti,non per perdere massa grassa ed aumentare quella magra.
Non utilizzate scuse del tipo:"Non posso","Non ho tempo","Non riesco a seguire la dieta","Non mi piacciono le gallette",ne ho sentite tante....
Per avere il fisico che tanto desiderate  dovete alzare le chiappe dal divano e cominciare subito!Non mollate,non perdetevi d'animo,non smettete,cadete una volta,vi rialzate altre tre,più forti di prima,non disperatevi,il segreto è la forza di volontà,tanta determinazione e motivazione,poi ovviamente dieta ed allenamento specifici da persona a persona e vedrete che con calma gli obbiettivi si realizzeranno.

I’ve been in the situation many times where my friends did not really understand or support my health &!fitness aspirations...and let me tell you, it’s not easy. I’ve also been on the other side of this; in a relationship with someone who refused to eat a meal that wasn’t meticulously measured & prepared at home & missing a workout in favour of a spontaneous adventure was absolutely out of the question. Don’t even ask what would happen when I suggested a glass of wine with dinner 😱

It’s taken some time to decide where I fit on this spectrum & finding the right balance will look different for everyone. The key word I would like to stress here is BALANCE. It is great to work towards a goal that will nourish your body, but it should not be at the expense of nourishing your mind or soul. Social relationships are so important for making us feel connected with others & these definitely should not fall to the wayside when you decide to make changes in other aspects of your life. Yes, it is important to eat & train consistently according to your goals, however if you find that you no longer have time for socializing because you are always at the gym or if you start to feel anxious about eating out because your friends don’t eat the same way as you, these may be signs that you’re becoming obsessive. .

Whilst your fitness goals may require times of intense focus & dedication, overall lifestyle changes should be sustainable & integratable into your current way of operating, meaning that you should be able to find time in the day for everything that is important to you & to integrate your fitness goals into that framework in a realistic, healthy, and balanced way. This may mean allowing yourself a couple of glasses of wine each week or one big night out every month.

Socialising with others (like miss @keane_bean_ here) who share your love for training hard & also letting your hair down every now & then means you will always have someone to drag you out of bed to burn off the negroni hangover or even celebrate an awesome workout with a beer at the pub in your activewear 👯‍♀️🍻
