On Instagram there are so many knowledgeable Personal Trainers or nutritionists that just don't get the credit they deserve because Instagram is saturated with nonsense and people just don't what to believe because everyone's "an expert" in the instafitness era!

If you're hot, and you're happy to take your clothes off, then it's pretty easy to generate a big following on Instagram.

However, being hot and willing to take your clothes off does not qualify you to give out health and fitness advice.

And when these individuals do, they invariably promote useless products which have zero scientific credibility.

Worked my way up from 24 inches to 60 inches.

🤸‍♀️ I'm a total newbie at making videos, and I'm very self-conscious about taking pics in the gym. This was totally spontaneous, and I was so nervous that I couldn't focus so much on the technique. 
Still, I decided to upload these videos showing two of the easiest core exercises ever.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In both exercises your core muscles work to give you stability, which is fundamental for your spine's health, and works as a base for most exercises that you may do in the gym. Plus, these two are very comfy and don't feel weird on your spine 😉
In my case the curvature of my lower spine is very accentuated. This means my core muscles are slightly on the weak side, specially my lower abs. These exercises have helped me address that.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Plank touch - start with your knees on the floor,  forearms. Bring your knees off the floor, engaging the WHOLE body, focusing in having your shoulders down, engaged abs & glutes. Don't let your glutes sink. Slowly and controlled, take one arm off and touch in front of you. Repeat on the other side. Goal is to keep your body in place, moving the less possible! 
This is a good variation of the regular forearm plank.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Lying leg raise - Lie on a mat, face up & legs extended. Hold a weight (e.g. plate, dumbbell, etc) in the air for a challenge. If this is too much, place your hands under your glutes instead. If too easy, place your hands behind you on the floor.
Raise your legs to 90 degrees, keep the legs straight. Focus on lowing the legs slowly and controlled.
Do this for 30s-40s.

Repeat 3x. Incorporate on your workouts. Quick and effective! 🤗

Но это лишь может дать вам толчок к действию , принятию решения начать заниматься собой , что уже хорошо . Основное усилие над своей ленью ,которая стоит между вами и вашим здоровьем , будет продолжать заниматься собою изо дня в день превращая это в привычку вашей повседневной жизни.  Наш организм это ведь своего рода механизм которому нужно внимание и уход . Уверен , что большинство людей лучше следят за своими машинами чем за своим телом ,организмом в целом...
Занимайтесь не ради кого-то или чего-то , а ради СЕБЯ прежде всего ! И не ждите волшебного пендаля (пинка) от кого-то ,его не будет 😉

Le placement de la barre dans la main a une importance primordiale , beaucoup de novices placent la barre vers le haut de la paume près des doigts , cela crée un moment de force inutile entre le poignet et la barre . La barre doit être serrée un maximum pour avoir un recrutement max de ce que les bras poussent . -

La capacité à établir une voûte haute et l’un des aspects les plus techniques et les plus importants en compétition , les épaules doivent être maintenues en une position de rétractation scapulaire maximale, pour augmenter la stabilité des épaules sur le banc en resserrant le haut du dos , cela ramènera la tête humérale plus loin dans la cavité glénoïde ce qui diminuera l’amplitude du mouvement global . -

Les pieds doivent être placés le plus possible près de son centre de gravité pour permettre une hyper extension de la partie lombaire du rachis afin d’augmenter la voûte pour étendre la chaîne cinétique au sol afin d’obtenir le meilleur transfert de force possible . -

Au niveau respiratoire lorsque l’on expire l’air de ses poumons la poitrine s’effondre , l’apnée suivie d’un remplissage de ses poumons en air permet d’augmenter la pression intra abdominale pour augmenter la stabilité et le transfert de force .

Vejo tantas mulheres por aí em busca de uma imagem inexistente,você vai lá tira uma foto usa 55950 mil app para mudar tudo em você por não se aceitar,ou por não se admirar da forma que é,ou por buscar com que as pessoas te admirem! Para está tudo errado!

Em primeiro lugar você precisa se aceitar. Aceitar a cor dos seus olhos, aceitar seu cabelo, seu sorriso não tão branco como você gostaria ou até aquele dente meio tortinho e amar seu corpo em cada curva. Se olhar no espelho e ver a beleza no ser humano único que você é. Querer ser outra pessoa é um desperdício da vida que você tem, quem foi que estipulou os parâmetros de beleza? Quem foi que disse que lindo era ser alto e pesar menos de 50kg? Quem foi que estipulou todas essas as baboseiras? Comece o dia se olhando com cuidado, e encontrará ali no espelho alguém que vale a pena admirar, e que com certeza renderá muita inspiração à alguém. Você só precisa ser você, por fora, por dentro, esta ai uma coisa importante, ser você mesmo, se aceitar, se amar, assim do jeitinho que você é.

Also, hit a PR on squats(155lbs/70.3kgs), I know it isn't that heavy, but I am working my way up!
