Летний зелёный салат 🥗 💚
🔴 Ингредиенты:
🔸 Огурец - 200 гр.
🔸 Шпинат - пучок.
🔸 Яйцо- 1 шт.
🔸 Лимон - 1/2 шт.
🔸 Зелень - по вкусу.
🔸 Горчица - 1 ч.л.
🔸 Греческий йогурт - 2 ст.л.
🔸 Соль, перец - по вкусу.
🔸 Кунжут - по весу
🔴 Приготовление:
Зелень тщательно моем и рвём на произвольные кусочки, режем огурец, добавляем заранее отваренное яйцо. Делаем соус. Смешиваем в блендере греческий йогурт, горчицу, сок лимона, соль и перец. Добавляем к салату, при подаче посыпаем семенами кунжута.

Летний зелёный салат 🥗 💚
🔴 Ингредиенты:
🔸 Огурец - 200 гр.
🔸 Шпинат - пучок.
🔸 Яйцо- 1 шт.
🔸 Лимон - 1/2 шт.
🔸 Зелень - по вкусу.
🔸 Горчица - 1 ч.л.
🔸 Греческий йогурт - 2 ст.л.
🔸 Соль, перец - по вкусу.
🔸 Кунжут - по весу
🔴 Приготовление:
Зелень тщательно моем и рвём на произвольные кусочки, режем огурец, добавляем заранее отваренное яйцо. Делаем соус. Смешиваем в блендере греческий йогурт, горчицу, сок лимона, соль и перец. Добавляем к салату, при подаче посыпаем семенами кунжута.

Riduciamo ai minimi termini l'accensione dei fornelli. 10 minuti al massimo, direi come tempo ragionevole, giusto il tempo di cottura della pasta, e poi rigorosamente fredda! Sapete che adoro le cose semplici e prediligo tutto ciò che è possibile realizzare homemade, ma ogni tanto un'eccezione ci vuole, soprattutto se in fin dei conti, tanto eccezione non è... Dico la verità, fin da piccola non mi sono mai piaciuti granché i sottoli, sottaceti, insomma quei mix da insalata di riso, perché troppo unti e spesso troppo salati e, nonostante fossi bambina, preferivo la classica insalata di riso o pasta fredda con i soli pomodori, uova sode, tonno e mozzarella. Ma ieri al supermercato mi è caduto l'occhio su questo barattolo di verdurine per insalate fredde di @neri_sottoli, la mia attenzione è stata catturata dalla dicitura "senza olio", sicché mi sono messa a leggere gli ingredienti: verdure varie, acqua e aceto di vino, insomma per farla breve mi ha stuzzicato la voglia soprattutto perché di grassi pochissimi, kcal idem e sale uguale. Infatti la cosa che più mi preoccupava era il fatto che fosse troppo salato, ma invece è buonissimo, gustoso e saporito ma fortunatamente non salato. Ieri avrete, forse, scoperto che il sesamo si trova in almeno 3 colori:
bianco-giallo, nero e rosso.

La varietà più ricca di calcio, utilizzata per tutte le forme di carenza di questo minerale, è la bianca-gialla.

Bonjour 😍.

Avez- vous déjà goûté le duo aubergine-mangue? 💜

Ce #bowl aux aubergines est agrémenté de sarrasin, tomates cerises et blanc de poulet.

🖤 Ingrédients.
- 1/2 mangue.
- 2 aubergines bio.
- 1/2 oignon rouge.
- quelques bruns de coriandre fraîche ou persil plat frais.
- sel et poivre.
- 1/2 C. À café de piment d'espelette aop.
- 1 jus de citron vert bio.
- sarrasin @happybio.officiel
- tomates cerises en grappe
- escalope de poulet BIO.
- huile d'olive Bio.
•
🖤 Réalisation.
- préchauffer le four à 180°C.
- laver les aubergines et les couper en rondelles.
- les mélanger à 2c. À soupe d'huile d'olive.
- saler.
- placer sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson et enfourner 30min. Les retourner à mi-cuisson.
- faire cuire le sarrasin.
- détailler la mangue en dés et émincer l'oignon. Ciseler le persil. Mélanger le tout avec le jus de citron et le piment.
- faire cuire le poulet.
-placer les différents ingredients dans un bol et manger le tout avec la salsa de mangue. - profiter. C'est délicieux.

Busy with work and kids?  Is it easy to just grab a quick pre-packaged snack? It is definitely easier to just take a protein bar, bag of chips, crackers etc.  But what if you took a few more minutes at the grocery store and a few more minutes putting away your groceries? Believe me that few more minutes often sounds completely impossible. However, I guarantee you will make that time up later in the week.

Let’s start small. Maybe the first step you take is buying a package of chicken breasts. When you get home preheat the oven while you are unloading groceries. Leave the chicken out. When you are done putting the groceries away throw those breasts on a baking sheet (line it with aluminum foil and the clean-up is simple). Sprinkle some salt/pepper and maybe a little Italian dressing. Bake. Now you have chicken breasts to grab for lunch, dinner or snack. It’s done. 
Maybe step two is adding a bag of lettuce to your grocery list. Then all you need to do is add your chicken to your salad.  Easy peasy. We can keep expanding this to carrots, celery, fruits, hard boiled eggs etc. You can buy it pre-cut and pre-cooked if you still need to save more time. 
And maybe you need fast food to go. How about buying a few ingredients each week to make a protein shake. Keep your favorite flavored protein powder in the pantry (watch the calories.. some are significantly higher). Keep some frozen fruit in the freezer. Have some almond, cashew or soy milk in the house. Maybe you want to  add some seeds or nut butter. 
These are just a few tips to get you thinking about meal prep. We can expand this a little by little in the following weeks. The goal being is to “be prepared”. #healthysnack #healthyfood #wellness #foodlover #eat

MESSY ANTI INFLAMMATORY DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE

Dry ingredients:
3 cups of oat flour (if you can't find some, blend 3 cups of rolled oats into a food processor).
1 cup of extra dark cocoa. 
1 tablespoon of baking soda.
1/2 teaspoon of salt. 
1/4 cup of sugar.

Wet ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 cup of non-dairy milk, I used oat milk but coconut milk or almond milk may taste better.
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil.
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
1/4 cup of honey.

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then add the wet ingredients.
2. Grease two baking trays with softened coconut oil.
3. Add your mixture to the baking trays.
4. Put in a pre-heated oven (270-250 degrees) for 27-24 minutes.
5. Make sure it's baked all the way through by placing a clean knife through your cake, it of comes out clean its ready.
6. Spread dark chocolate dairy free yogurt between your cakes or vegan cake icing and add raspberries and blueberries for extra anti inflammatory goodness.
7. ENJOY.

BANANA NUT PANCAKES

1 c whole wheat flour
1 c unbleached white flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 T aluminum free baking powder
2 T turbinado sugar
1/2 tsp stevia or 2 T additional turbinado sugar
1/2 c chopped walnuts
3 ripen bananas, mashed to be liquidated
2 1/2 c soy milk or coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients except bananas, soy milk and vanilla in a bowl.  Add bananas, soy milk and vanilla.  Mix well.  You may add little more soy milk if the batter is too thick.  Lightly spray oil in a skillet and heat on medium high.  When hot, pour 1/4 cup portion of batter onto skillet.  Spread with bottom of measuring cup.  Reduce heat to low medium.  Flipping over when edges are cooked.  Pancakes should be nice golden brown.

De zon op mijn bord ☀️ Soms kan ontbijten eens echt simpel zijn. Mijn favoriet is en blijft fruit, yoghurt en granola. Deze keer kersen, Griekse yoghurt en gezonde chocopops. 😍

Ontpit 2 handjes kersen en verwijder het steeltje. Doe in een steelpannetje met 100ml water en laat tien minuten stoven.
Laat afkoelen. Lekker bij de yoghurt en geen toegevoegde suiker! 🍒

BBQ chicken + quinoa + veggies👌🏻 simple and delicious🙌🏻
Sprinkle the chicken thighs with some salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.
Grill on a medium heat for about 10 min each side flipping occasionally.
Grease the champignons with some avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill for 5-7min.
Cook quinoa as instructed on the package.
Serve with tomatoes and avocado sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Enjoy!🤤
