105 kg x21 , период на выносливость закончен, ухожу в силовой цикл. Год назад уходил с 95 на 20. Особо не напрягаясь,прибавка составила 10 кг за год весьма лёгких ненапряжных тренировок.

Tonight I tried Indian spiced chickpeas with greens, a recipe I got from following @thecuriouschickpea

I didn’t use some of the spicier ingredients as I have a low tolerance for hot 🥵 food, but I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe! It does have a POWERFUL flavor, but it was super yummy 🤤 and something totally different than I’ve had in the past!

I love trying new foods. It’s been one of my favorite parts of this process!

BOLO DE CHOCOLATE FIT👇
1 ovo
2 csopa de farelo de aveia
1 csopa de xilitol
1 csopa de cacau
1 cchá de fermento
1 csopa de óleo de coco ou manteiga (opcional)
Chocolate 60% ou mais
👉 mistura todos os ingredientes deixando o fermento por último e coloca nas forminhas untadas. Coloca pedacinhos do chocolate  dentro da massa e coloca na airfryer por 10 minutos!!
Se quiser pode fazer no forno por 20min ou no micro-ondas por 1min (fica de olho porque depende da potência!)

No he tardado, literalmente, ni 20 minutos en hacerlo y está delicioso.
Cogemos un bote de garbanzos y los lavamos bien. Pelamos un par de ajos (me gusta potente jeje) y los trituramos con los garbanzos. Añadimos aceite de oliva virgen extra, salpimentamos y ponemos especias al gusto. Tenéis que probarlo en serio😍😍.

Come va fanciulle/i? Sto mangiando davvero come un 🐷ino in questi giorni. Compenso un po’ con l’allenamento, sia a casa che in palestra. 🏋🏼‍♀️ Oggi a pranzo ero tentata di digiunare, reduce da due mega pranzi e sapendo che avrei avuto una cena fin troppo sostanziosa. Ma digiunare fa male. 🙅🏼‍♀️ Mi ero allenata tanto, ho pranzato con un burger vegetale, insalata e altre verdurine e due fettine di pane integrale. 🥗 Un pranzo leggero, giusto. Mai digiunare i giorni seguenti agli sgarri! Meglio continuare la propria routine, il corpo si sballa di più e con lui il metabolismo se continuiamo ad incasinare le cose. Al massimo stare più leggeri! Buone vacanze se non lavorate/avete scuola e buon lavoro a chi non smette. 💪🏻❤️ PS: l’allenamento di ieri l’ho lasciato nelle storie in evidenza, se vi interessa (“training”).

Let’s be real for a second. 
I’m towards the end of @kayla_itsines #bbgweek12 and doing triceps pushups is still a huge challenge for me. I’m in that super awkward place where being on my knees is too easy but pull plank pushups are pretty hard. 
Then you’ve got your regular pushups. When I started this workout program I could barely do 2 pushups without knees. The regular pushups video- no idea if this was my first set or even my second or 3rd set when I was working upper body. Who cares? Some days I’m totally killing it and have so much energy, other days like this I have minimal energy.

4 INGREDIENT GARLIC CHICKEN ZOODLES 🍜😋

INGREDIENTS
2 medium chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced or crushed
3 zucchini spiralized
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a large heavy-duty pan to medium/high heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook garlic for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add chicken, red pepper flakes and salt & pepper. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Toss in spiralized zoodles and cook for 1 minute then turn off heat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.

For lunch or dinner? 
For this Tuesday I don’t have toast but somehow celebrating taco Tuesday with this taco blackened salmon (seasoned with taco seasoning put in a hot pan 1 tsp olive oil and the salmon with the skin side up for 3 minutes, sprinkle more seasoning in the skin side cook the skin side down for 3 minutes) to complete this meal I have a bed of baby arugula, steamed asparagus, cherry tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and 1/2 avocado with hemp seeds. ———————————————————————— 🇪🇸 Almuerzo o cena? Para este martes no tengo tostada, pero de alguna manera he comido taco con este salmon que he hecho utilizando sazón de taco y puse a cocinar en una salten caliente con una cdta de aceite de olivo, por 3 minutos la piel hacia arriba, puse un poco más de sazón al lado de la piel y cocine por otros 3 minutos con la piel hacia abajo. Para acompañar el salmón; arugula, tomates cherry, espárragos al vapor, champiñones salteados y aguacate con hemp.

wearing all black to mourn the loss of my SELF CONTROL because this bowl was gone in 2 minutes tops. serve me stews and curries year-round and i’ll be the happiest lil’ bean there ever was. a simple girl 🙂 the secret is eating them...cold. yep! IMO they taste sweeter and are summer-proof 🤷🏻‍♀️ made this chickpea and lentil curried veg stew as a clean out the fridge din and it turned out 🔥. details below!

chickpea and lentil curried veg stew:

1 cup chopped carrots
1 diced onion
1 cup roasted broccoli florets
1 cup frozen peas 
1 can chickpeas
1 box steamed lentils
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato purée
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon balsamic 
sea salt, curry powder, cumin
olive oil

sauté the onion in oil and spices until soft and fragrant. after about five minutes add the carrots and tomato purée and cook until soft. at this point add the chickpeas, lentils, roasted broccoli (can use raw or steamed here, i just had roasted on hand!), diced tomatoes, maple syrup, and balsamic. bring mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. cook for 25-30 minutes with constant stirring until it’s well reduced. i added the peas in at the very end! .

Had a very solid Back session today, didn’t go anywhere near as planned and didn’t feel anywhere near as strong as usual,  but was just one of those sessions where every rep felt 👌🏼
- Exercise 1: Lat Pulldowns
- Exercise 2: Bent Over Rows
- Exercise 3: Unilateral Cable Rows
- Exercise 4: Deadlifts
