Been slacking with my posts lately and struggling to maintain healthy eating and exercise but trying to get back on top of things today. My new gym finally opened so I started my day with a fairly sweaty cardio session and now I’m tucking in to this tropical bowl of porridge with coconut yoghurt, raspberries and passion fruit .

Ricotta Vegan 🍃 Une recette simple qui se réalise rapidement, directement inspiré d’un lunch dégusté à @montreal chez @olive_et_gourmando 🤩 La tartine se déguste aussi bien au petit-déjeuner, le midi, ou même en collation. Cette recette deviendra un coup de cœur chez vous ! * 400 g. de noix de macadamia ou de cajou ou d’amandes émondées
* 2 CS de levure de bière, c’est ce qui va donner le petite arrière-goût « fromager » * le jus d’un citron
* Sel & poivre à votre convenance !
* 2 CS d’huile d’olive
* un petit verre d’eau (plus ou moins selon la consistance que vous désirez obtenir)
💥 Pour aromatiser votre ricotta : * Pour un côté « méditerranéen »: 1 cuillère CS de basilic séché + 1 CS d’origan * Pour une version plus épicée: 1CS de paprika + 1 CC de piment ! * Pour une version orangée: 1 CS de curcuma + 1 CC de sirop d’érable pour une version légèrement sucrée / salée.
Ensuite, c’est très simple : il vous suffit de tout mixer avec un puissant robot !

However, with the right knowledge, it can be achieved, which is exactly what we did.  Having the right information is key in situations like this.  Imagine not having chilli plants for your annual hot sauces made in-house when you’re a restaurant.  Someone should write something for this.  Oh…wait…that’s what we’re doing.  With your help, we can solve those that chase excellent foods.  What a food community should know.

Koktajle to moje zdrowe uzależnienie. Dzień bez nich to dla mnie jakby stracony dzień. Lubię po nie sięgać o każdej porze dnia. Uwielbiam je bo można z nimi szaleć, wymyślać i eksperymentować i zawsze mi smakują. To taka moja bomba witaminowa, która zawsze mnie pozytywnie nastraja i dodaje energii.
Dzisiaj zachciało mi się koktajlu z kaszą i muszę Wam powiedzieć, że to był znakomity pomysł.

For the pesto:
2 cups basil leaves
1/4 cup organic olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup organic pine nuts
1 garlic clove

For the pizza:
1 packet @australiasown Organic Quinoa Wraps (or any pits/pizza bases you like)
1 tbsp organic olive oil 
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 red onion, thinly sliced 
1 small eggplant, sliced into .5cm slices
1 zucchini, sliced into .5cm slices
1 red capsicum, sliced into .5cm slices
1 cup baby spinach

Preheat oven to 200C. Place all sliced veggies on a baking tray and coat with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in oven and roast for 10 minutes until the veggies begin to soften. 
Meanwhile blend all pesto ingredients together in a small blender until ingredients are combines. You may need to add a dash of water to get a smooth consistency.

Place the wraps/bases on a tray, plate or pizza stone. Spread the pesto on the base and top with the roast veggies and baby spinach. Place in oven to bake for approx. 15 mins or until the veggies look crisp. 
Remove from oven and serve up 😍

If you are after an extra tang you could add some feta, olives or sundried tomatoes.

Love a thin crust? Organic wraps are a great alternative to pizza bases. Keeping your dinners light and healthy 👌🏼 Vegan Pesto Roast Veg Pizza!
Serves 2, 25 mins
For the pesto:

200gr di cous cous precotto
250ml di acqua 
Si possono anche aggiungere olive nere denocciolate
6/7 pomodorini datterino

Una spolverata di origano
Procedimento:
Far bollire l’acqua con un po di sale e poi gettarla a pioggia sul cous cous, lasciarlo riposare per 5min. Dopo di chè và sgranato con l’aiuto di un cucchiaio e poi un filo di olio.
Rosolare il porro in abbondante olio evo, aggiungere carote e zucchine tagliati a cubetti di 1cm circa, aggiungere un pó di acqua calda e far cuocere. A fine cottura, aggiungere i pomodorini tagliati in 4 parti e poi levare dal fuoco, mischiare questo sughetto nel cous cous e poi aggiungere la feta tagliata a cubetti e le olive! Per finire, una spolverata di origano e buon appetito 🤤

- ervilhas
- pepino
- cenoura
- brócolos - cogumelos
- rebentos de feijão mungo
- sementes de papoila, sésamo e girassol

Eu refoguei tudo na frigideira sem cozer para não perderem muitos nutrientes, exceto o pepino que está mesmo cru, mas vocês podem cozer primeiro e só depois refogar!! E no final é só adicionar as sementes por cima para ficar mais nutritivo 😊
Depois irei fazer um post a dizer onde comprei essas almôndegas que usei, a marca e o preço!

It turns out my fitbit doesn't register my steps when I am pushing the buggy 😭
My phone does but only if I have it in a pocket (none of my summer clothes do!) so wearing hoodies is a must 🤦‍♀️

And apparently I have very little appetite today.... Brunch is my first and biggest meal of the day, and usually I demolish it.... But after a crappy food weekend this is all I can manage 😅

Let's hope I don't get starving later on today!

沒空做飯時,我會去好市多買烤雞腿,一袋299有8隻,平均一隻不到40元,去掉雞皮,搭配十穀飯和菜,就是很清爽一餐。然後中餐、晚餐、晚餐、中餐就這樣吃😂.

建議大家能去賣場或滷味攤買大量的肉(蛋白質)再準備個糙米,如果無法煮就買全家賣的地瓜(澱粉),再準備個菜,能去自助餐或小麵攤買。

蠻多人私訊我會不會算熱量?但我認為沒人可以一輩子算熱量過日子,有意識知道自己在吃什麼比較重要,把握飯、肉、菜,不要太油不要油炸,量不要過多,對於一般人的飲食來說其實已經是很好的控制了。

Happy Monday everyone. These beauties are Persian Date Dessert “Ranginak”. It’s vegan and delicious. “Ranginak” is traditional Iranian sweet which is especially popular in south of Iran like Fars, Hormozgan, Bushehr, and Khuzestan provinces. Normally Iranian make this in a large plate, but I prefer to have them like this. So, this is my Ranginak Bites 😉

Ingredients 
Medjool dates: 20 (pitted)
Walnut: 150g
Plain flour: 4 tbsp
Vegetable oil(or vegan butter): 6tbsp
Edible flower, pistachio, almond and vegan dark chocolate: as required 
Place a pan on stove, medium heat, wait until pan is completely warm, add oil (or vegan butter) and plain flour and stir until flour is fried (do not over cook it). Grab a medjool date (pitted), put walnut inside it and put it in a plate. Put 1tsp fried flour on it. For the top you have lots of choices. You can add cinnamon, pistachio, almond, cardamom or mix all of them. I used dark chocolate, pistachio, edible flower and almond. Bon appetit

سلام به همه، خوب خیلی از شما ممکن هست رنگینک رو بشناسید. رنگینک دسر ایرانی هست که بیشتر جنوب ایران درست میشه. مثل استان‌های فارس، خوزستان، بوشهر و هرمزگان. معمولا رنگینک رو توی ظرف بزرگ درست می‌کنند ولی من دوست دارم لقمه‌ای باشه. نوش جان 
مواد لازم

خرما medjool: ۲۰ عدد (هسته گرفته شده)
گردو: ۱۵۰ گرم
آرد سفید: ۴ ق‌غ 
روغن سبزیجان (یا کره وگان): ۶ ق‌غ
گل سرخ، پسته، شکلات تلخ وگان و بادام: به مقدار لازم

طرز تهیه

گاز را روشن کنید و تابه را روی گاز بگذارید تا گرم شود. وقتی گرم شد، آرد و روغن را در تابه بریزید و بهم بزنید تا از خامی در بیاید (بیش از حد تفت ندهید). یک عدد خرما بردارید و در آن گردو بگذارید، رویش یک قاشق چایخوری از مایه‌ی آرد ‌بریزید. رویش می‌توانید دارچین، هِل، پسته و بادام بریزید. من از پسته، گل سرخ، بادام و شکلات تلخ استفاده کردم.

- วางเต้าหู้ไข่ลงไปแล้วม้วนๆ
- นึ่ง 10นาที หม่ำได้ฮะ
ปล. ครั้งนี้หั่นไม่สวย ม้วนไม่สวยเลย เพราะงานรีบ เมื่อวานกลับถึงบ้านช้า ไว้รอบหน้าแก้ตัวใหม่น๊า 🙈
