Workout 5 of the week done!!👏 it’s been a few weeks I’ve had a 5 day workout week! ⁣⁣

My workout was hamstring focused, here is what today’s session consisted of: ⁣⁣

Romanian deadlift⁣⁣
Dumbbell stiff leg deadlift⁣⁣
Good mornings ⁣⁣
Kettlebell squats ⁣⁣
Split squats (these are an absolute killller) ⁣⁣
And finished off with laying leg curl! ⁣⁣

2. INSOLUBLE FIBERS:- Insoluble fiber helps to maintain bowel movement and helps to improve your digestion system and helps to excrete out waist material in your body. 
And prevent the constipation problem and diabetes patients increased blood suger level because the patient take low fiber diet. 
HOW MUCH DO YOU NEED:- MENS:- 30 to 35 grams a Day. 
WOMEN:- 20 to 25 grams a Day. 
OTHER FOOD CHOICES :- Kidney Beans,Whole grain Oats, Lentils, Almonds, Walnuts etc.

Who fancies a little outside workout? The fresh air, birds singing, sounds great right! All you need is a bench or a step......Try these exercises next time you venture out to the park: 🔹Step ups x 20 🔹Elevated Single leg lunge (one foot on bench) x 10 each side 🔹Incline press-ups x 15 🔹Tricep dips x 15 🔹Mountain climbers x 20 
Repeat for 4 rounds resting for 1 minute between rounds!

The rear delts act as a main stabilizer when your elbows come parallel to or behind your body

They're hugely important every time you throw, press or when your elbows comes toward your body

Performing too many pressing exercises along with our tendency to sit in a forward hunched position can ruin our posture. 
This pulls the shoulders out of their ideal position and makes them more susceptible to pain or injury

Hammering away on the rear delts helps reverse this by counteracting pressing exercises and pulling the shoulders back into position for improved posture

Started my cut May 1st at 140lbs 11% BF. I’m a little over two weeks in and I’m at 145lbs 12% BF. Eating less than half the calories I used to and I’m still up.
