Someone take me away to these palm trees please 🏝😎 It’s been nothing but rain the last couple days here in dallas but I am counting down the days till the hubs and I head off to the Bahamas - 25 days to be exact! ⠀

Focused on continuing my normal workout routines, fueling my body with good food that gives me energy and fits into my macros, and I have even been eating over 2100 calories lately 😳 and loving every minute of it! I’m seeing muscle gains 💪🏼 and changes that I’m super proud of! ⠀

Here’s to treating your body right and watching your hard work pay off 🥂 Remember as you navigate your health and fitness journey that whatever point your at is right and you have to stay the course. Stay focused and motivated. Don’t allow yourself to get caught up in your own mind and obsess over small setbacks or not knowing exactly what to do. Has the warm weather lately inspired you to lean up for summer? There’s always the temptation when recognition strikes that you’re carrying a few more kilos than you’d like, to go drastic and starve yourself of all things you enjoy. Personally, I don’t believe this works to yield long term sustainable results.

If it’s taken you some while to gain weight, it may take you that time at a minimum to reverse it. Apply self love rather than self flagellation and nourish your body with goals friendly, nutrient rich foods that will satiate you but are also delicious so you don’t feel like you’re missing out!

Cue my PROTEIN rich, tasty lunch option that’s just too EASY to make!
. 
Boil a (preferably organic) egg for 6 mins and let it cool in cold water. One cool enough to handle, peel. To 100g sustainably caught tuna, add 1 Tsp mayonnaise, 1 Tsp chopped parsley, a generous squeeze of lemon, 1/4 tsp sea salt and cracked black pepper. Mix well. Toast some protein bread and pop a handful of spinach on top, then the tuna mix, 1/4-1/2 sliced avocado and halved boiled egg. I sprinkled on milled roasted black sesame seeds here for extra flavour and nutrients - the smokey flavour works well to lift this dish. No more than 15 mins from start to finish.

This is 510 cal but due to the high protein and good fats content, will also keep you SATIATED for many hours and not make you feel bloated or heavy #winner

אין מה לעשות, בימים כאלה, צריך לחשוב מחוץ לקופסה, לקחת כל עזרה שמציעים לכם (כשהסבא/סבתא/דודה מציע/ה לקחת את הילדים - התשובה הנכונה היא - כן!), ולעבוד לפי סדרי עדיפויות (מודה, יש הרבה דברים שאני אעדיף לעשות לפני קיפול כביסה, ולכן מחכה לי ערמה ענקית לקפל).
זה מרגיש כמו לוליינות בקרקס וקצת כמו לעמוד על הידיים - אבל היי, איזה כיף זה לדעת שהספקתם כל מה שרציתם. כולל אימונים בין לבין לבין.
כנסו ל IGTV שלי. יש שם הרבה רעיונות לאימונים שאתם יכולים לעשות בבית, אפילו עם הילדים.
וכן... ממש עוד שניה החג/חופש נגמר וחוזרים לשגרה!

Günaydınnn🍀 2-3 yemek kaşığı granolam (yulaf,kuru kayısı, badem, ceviz, muz) veee tabi ki fıstık ezmesi🐤 2-3 tane çilek ve biraz çiğ kaju ile de lezzetlendirdim🍓 üstüne de biraz tarçın serptim🥰  dilerseniz süzme yoğurt veya sütt ekleyerek tüketebilirsiniz🍧 ben 1 çay bardağı kadar da süt ekledim😋 bu tarz bowllar benim için tatlı isteği bastırmaya birebir🤩🥳
