I’ve had a bit of an unplanned week off. • I didn’t run all week. • I didn’t complete all my weights this week. • I only did one of my two weekend dog walks 😂🙈 • I ate two McFlurrys this week. • I’ve eaten crisps, bread and pasta. 
But I am READY to restart the restart. I feel absolutely pants, my head and stomach are KILLING me!! My diet plan is downloaded. I am scheduling in my gym into my calendar so there’s no excuse. I need to lose something in time for July when I can weigh in again!

Ihanaa sunnuntai iltaa! ❤
Innostuin taas tekemään kollaasia omasta muutoksesta. Oon aina ollut todella laiheliini, mutta tuossa kolmenkympin kynnyksellä huonot ruokatottumukset ja liikkumisen loppuminen toi mulle painoa. Mulla on pitkä sali tausta mutta taukoa kerkesi tulla sen 4vuotta kun hevonen vei kaiken ajan ja rahan. Viime kesänä olin onnettomuudessa ja molemmat kädet murtui mikä toi omat lisä haasteet oman painon kanssa. Nyt kun hevonen lähti samalla uuteen kotiin niin on ollut aikaa keskittyä omaan kokonaisvaltaiseen hyvinvointiin😍❤ Ja nyt mulla on hyvä olla! 2 machines that everyone should have at their gym (if not something is really going wrong there) and 4 of my favorite exercises to target the quads.

Note: Time under tension squats could be done with one continuous but sloooow movement or, as I’m showing here, with a hold on the way up. Starting from the squat position you go up slowly and count 1..2..hold..3..4 standing straight.

1/2 taza de leche, yo use de vaca semidescremada

Revolver todo en un tazón hasta que espese y agregar proteína de chocolate en polvo, yo utilicé @orgainproducts + canela en polvo.

Es todo, quedaron súper inflados y ricos✨

Decoré con 1/3 plátano y más canela en polvo. Amo la canela❤️y 1 cucharada de @ontopnutrition en el centro.

It’s taken me all day to try and come up with a post to attempt at explaining everything that was today. .
16 weeks of training came down to a couple of hours, a hundred aches and pains, and plenty of tears. And then, just like that, it was over. And while I know ‘once team Myles, always team Myles’ I’m sad. .
I spent the last 16 weeks developing friendships I never knew possible. I was a team Myles newbie but was welcomed with huge, green open arms. .
I found a strength inside myself I never knew possible because they believed in me. .
They believed in me when it was -18 on citadel hill. 
They believed in me when I slowed down and wanted to quit. 
They believed in me when my mental health couldn’t that day. 
They believed in me when I couldn’t, and didn’t, believe in myself. .
I would have never completed this half marathon without this group of people, and I am forever changed because of this experience. .
I struggled today. 
The heat did me in. .
I wanted to quit. I was done. .
But somehow I kept going. Despite the negative self talk when I knew I wouldn’t make my goal, I pushed on. .
At the 19km mark I couldn’t even feel the bottoms of feet. Somehow though, I made it to the finish line. .
And let me tell you, when I turned that corner and saw the green shirts cheering at the finish line, my eyes watered up and I started crying. .
Crying for the finish line. 
Crying happy tears that I did this. 
Crying for all the people cheering for me. 
Crying because I freakin’ did it. .
I wish I could express the gratitude I feel for being part of team Myles, and I hope they all know how much of this win I owe to them. .
Terra, Carlee, Heather - my pod. You listened to more of my rambling, rants, and hard times than anyone. And you still cheered me on. I love you all. .
Nicole, thanks for all the drives and encouragement. Victoria thanks for helping to keep me mobile and in one piece (I’ll see you tomorrow 😂) .

A little lazy this past week (lazy for me anyway) but back at it. Didn't eat the best the past 2 days so I have about 5 lbs of water weight. 🏖️ Dzień na luzie i słoneczko zaświeciło nawet, 18 stopni i godzinka opalania w ogrodzie.
Tak mija mi dzień🤣 do tego dziś sprezentowalam sobie mega smartwatch od garmin😍

Crepes, alguém é servido? 😝

Começar assim o dia até custa menos 👌 e com solzinho melhor ainda ☀️
Mais simples e rápido não há 🍴
➡️ 2 ovos + 100ml de claras; 200ml de bebida a gosto (utilizei leite); 50g de farinha de aveia; 10g de farinha de amendoim (triturei em casa os amendoins);
➡️ Misturar tudo muito bem;
➡️ Frigideira antiaderente ou previamente untada; uns segundos de cada lado; et voilá 👌

Sejam felizes maltinha 😋

es hätte schneller gehen können, aber im Sommer esse ich vielleicht abends auch mal gerne ein Eis zu viel, dementsprechend bin ich sehr sehr zufrieden. Man bedenke, es kam mir damals auch nicht von heute auf morgen drauf, und mein Gott, wenn die letzten fünf Kilo halt noch ein halbes Jahr brauchen, ist das nicht schlimm, solange ich das Leben dabei genieße, und das tue ich😄😄😄

There's no reason to have a plan B because it distracts from plan A.
[Anzeige] Die wohl häufigste Frage, die ich gestellt bekomme: "Wie schaffst du es nur, das ganze Jahr über deine Form so zu halten?"
Als ich vor einigen Jahren mit Kraftsport angefangen- und meine Ernährung darauf abgestimmt habe, stand für mich eines fest👉ich will keine Aufbau- und Definitionsphasen durchlaufen☝️ Diese Begriffe sind ja im Netz überall zu finden und um dieses Thema gibt es mehr als seltsame Ansichten. Ich bin auch keine Wettkampfathletin, die auf den Punkt runtergekocht sein muss.
Mein Vorgehen kann ich in ein paar wenigen Punkten zusammenfassen:
1️⃣Die Ernährung DAUERHAFT umstellen! Keine #CrashDiät machen!
2️⃣Keine strengen Diätpläne verfolgen, die man i.d.R. nach  kürzester Zeit vor Eintönigkeit & Kalorienzählerei nicht lange durchhalten kann/will.
3️⃣ Kontinuität im Training. Wer glaubt, nach ein paar Wochen ist man am Ziel, wird niemals ankommen. Und wer ankommt und meint, dann bräuchte man nichts mehr tun, der irrt!
4️⃣ Ich will auf nichts verzichten aber bin bereit dafür meine Gewohnheiten zu ändern. Beispiel: ich  bin eine totale Naschkatze😺Und das will ich mir auch nicht  ständig verkneifen. Deswegen habe ich z.B. angefangen meine eigenen "Süßigkeiten" zu kreieren. So lässt mich selbst das ganze ((sowieso wahnwitzige Angebot) in den Supermärkten kalt und bringt mich nicht vom Weg ab💪 
Und in den nächsten Tagen wird ein YouTube Video einer meiner #Fitnessfood - Süßigkeit- Kreationen kommen ☺️ Habt ihr Bock drauf?😁 Und ansonsten intressiert mich eure Meinung? Wow - less than 6 days away from send-off to start our 49 day "4K for cancer" run across America in name of my cousin Leighton Hailey to fight cancer alongside the Ulman Foundation. I've worked so hard to be part of this journey as a runner for 2 years now, after a year delay due to my third concussion resulting in a post-concussion syndrome and a medical disqualification to participate in my senior year of DI field hockey... Only a month ago, my syndrome finally allowed me to run more than 10minutes or 5km (3miles) at a time without increased symptoms. It was then that I finally started running long distances over 10km (6mi) instead. I am feeling pretty fit & healthy now under known circumstances - life is crazy! ⠀

THURSDAY: 7.4km (4.6mi) hard pace ⠀⠀
FRIDAY: 4.8km (3mi) extremely difficult hike ⠀⠀
SATURDAY: 12.8km (8mi) medium pace ⠀⠀
SUNDAY: rest & travel day ⠀⠀
