I was told if I got “fat” he’d leave me. Funny considering his ex before me (but whatever lol). So yea, I started off by doing it for all the wrong reasons and somewhere down the road I truly fell in love with it...for myself! I can be mad for what he said...but it led me to where I am today....happy and truly living my best life ❤️=====================================

Как Вы заметили, я нигде не упоминаю про онлайн тренировки и не делаю этому активную рекламу. Хотя, у меня есть девчонки, с которыми
работаю дистанционно. 😊

На ЭТО есть несколько причин:
⠀
⠀1️⃣ я не беру на онлайн сопровождение людей с заболеваниями опорно-двигательного аппарата. Считаю, что это не профессионально, и за каждого своего подопечного я несу ответственность. Именно поэтому, реабилитация только со мной лично на персональных тренировках в зале! Там, где я могу стоять над вами и контролировать каждое движение )))

⠀ 2️⃣ я не тренирую дистанционно новичков. Считаю, что это пустая трата Ваших денег. Так как одно дело, когда человек пришёл с нуля и тренер ,стоящий рядом, с первого раза показал и проконтролировал технику выполнения.
⠀Другое дело, когда человек с нуля, абсолютно ничего не понимая, не имея налаженной нервно-мышечной связи послушал о технике выполнения
на видео, прочитал в описании и все равно пришёл в зал и стал допускать ошибку на ошибке.
⠀
⠀В итоге, вроде 5 раз объяснила, прошу видео отчёт и все равно куча ошибок. Объясняешь снова...и снова. Пока человек научится дистанционно, проходит много времени. Намного быстрее это все делается во время тренировки с тренером ))

⠀Поэтому я работаю дистанционно с людьми, которые тренируются в зале не менее полу года.

⠀В этом случае, я знаю и вижу осознанный подход к тренировочному процессу! И я знаю, что меня понимают о полу слова 😏

⠀И я уверенна в позитивном результате! И серьезности человека с которым работаю. Я знаю, что такой человек, посмотрев предоставленные мною видео с техникой выполнения и прочитав программу с подробно
описанными и наглядно проиллюстрированными упражнениями, придёт в зал и все сделает четко даже на расстоянии. И в присылаемых видео отчетах с техникой выполнения, я вижу абсолютно минимальные ошибки))

⠀3️⃣ я не работаю шаблонно и не провожу никаких марафонов! Только индивидуальная работа с каждым.

Most people who are trying to build muscle are focusing on perceived intensity (egos), rather than maximizing tension under control and increasing their proximity to failure. If you break down the science behind growing muscle, you first need to create micro tears in the muscle. You do this by putting the muscle under stress/tension. Most people let their egos get in their way of properly executing an exercise which leaves a lot of muscle building potential on the table. Everyone should be open minded in regards to their training. You will only grow stronger mentally and physically if you do! 💪🏼

If you have this machine at your gym UTILIZE IT!! There are so many things you can do on here. From deadlifts, bent over rows, RDL, shrugs, lunges, and the list goes on

Here I'm doing stiff deadlifts with bent over rows. On the stiff deadlifts I'm really thinking of utilizing my lower back and glutes. My hammies will be secondary. But the lower back and glutes are what I really want to make sure are activated to the fullest! 
On the bent over rows, I really want them lats(wings) and lower part of traps (heart)of your back. All the rest of the muscles can be secondary. 
No need to go crazy here and all a lot of weights. You want to build that mind to muscle connect to make sure the targeting muscles are fully activated. •

Putting these two exercises together targets your whole back. 5x10 here and you'll be feeling it for sure! Make to add this to your next backday workout!!

“A mile of road will take you a mile. A mile of runway will take you anywhere”.......✈️✈️
I’m obsessed with that quote right now. It means so much to me in so many ways. In particular, loving and living a life with a pilot is hard AF. Sure the freedom and ability to travel the world is great, and I’m sure it sounds glamorous to people who don’t know the realities, but far more valuable than the income or lifestyle is the fact that if done right “pilot couples” can actually be stronger than a couple who are physically together everyday. You are forced to put complete and total trust in each other, to communicate effectively over the phone, to love someone completely without the physical aspect, and with that you can get to know each other on a far deeper level. I am blessed to have someone who is so in tune with me, yet let’s me fly free and be myself with my own interests, my own friends, and still be MY OWN WOMAN. Sure, I’m not the one outside the home working, but I am anything but a “kept woman”. I am loved and respected so deeply that I feel as free and independent as ever. The higher you elevate your man or woman....the more untouchable they are to anyone else. Thank you to my pilot for loving me enough to “take me anywhere.” ❤️

After 15+ years of running/training for marathons I still get nervous before speed runs, tempo runs, long runs 🤷🏼‍♀️

Today was a good day to have a good speed run 👊🏻 45 min of work 👇🏻 10 min warm-up
2 min hard/3 min easy X 6 
10 min cool-down
40 min weight lifting 
3 X 15 barbell squats
3 X 8 30lbs DB power snatch (each arm)
3 X 15 DB deadlifts 
3 X 10 sumo squats with DB
3 X 15 wall balls 
3 X 10 Hex bar squats ——

Motivasjonen er noe som vil gå opp og ned.. derfor er det viktig med rutiner og gode vaner for å holde det gående .. man kan ikke lene seg på at man skal være motivert hele tiden, for ingen er det ! vi mennesker er vanedyr .. og de vanene du skaper i din hverdag er de tingene du vil klare å opprettholde .. så begynn med å sette deg ned å skrive opp målene dine . Om målene dine er feks spise sunnere og bedre:
1. Rydd kjøleskapet og skap for mat /snack du ikke skal ha i deg på en daglig basis
2. Planlegg måltidene dine
3. Lag en handleliste ,og ta handelen for en hel uke. Unngå småhandel så godt det går.. da vil du spare penger og det å falle for fristelsen av å kjøpe litt ekstra snadder.
4. Hold deg unna dietter etc som har et opplegg du ikke kommer til å like. Det som fungerer på lang sikt er det du trives med. •
har du gode vaner ? Eller har du alltid trodd du må ha konstant motivasjon?
Oppsummert : gode Vaner er det viktigste å skape , for motivasjonen vil ikke være konstant på topp.. men vanene våre vil gå av seg selv😉akkurat som å pusse tenner eller tørke oss i rompa etter vi har bæsja😂
