Gals, it's cardio day.. BOO 😂

No, I actually do fine once I get into it, but it's getting the body and brain there that's the struggle! Know what I mean?

So I prepped my pre-workout, threw on some music and danced it out to get ready!

You can see my dancing skills- of which there really are none- in my stories if you really want to see 😂 Something about the music really pumps me up!

And now I'm ready to DIVE INTO an awesome cardio sesh!

⚠️ Fail to prepare, prepare to fail⚠️

I certainly didn't feel like eating this today but purely as I worked out my macros last night I stuck to my plan and had this post workout 💪
.
Planning in advance is definitely the key to success💖💕.
.
I've felt ill all day🤢 and was very close to just eating dry bread but I got my head in gear, told myself bread wasn't going to fuel my body properly after a workout and would make me feel worse than I already do😩
.
It literally took 4 minutes, I always have boiled eggs prepared, I threw a handful of green beans in a pan with a bit of butter, and thanks to @icelandfoods this salmon with lemon and black pepper takes 3 minutes in the microwave...bonus there wasn't enough time to talk myself out of choosing the healthy option.

Macarrão ao Molho de Abacate: aprenda a preparar essa receita rápida e saudável. O abacate é sempre bom inclusive como molho para macarrão. Com apenas 10 minutos é possível fazer esse molho em um liquidificador ou processador.

Macarrão ao Molho de Abacate

Ingredientes * 250 g de abacate maduro
* Suco de 1/2 limão
* 2 dentes de alho
* 10 folhas grandes de manjericão
* 5 a 6 cogumelos Paris
* 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva
* 1 pitada de pimenta do reino
* Sal a Gosto (quanto basta) ( uso o rosa)
* 200 g de macarrão (de sua preferência)

■Modo de Preparo 
Cozinhe a massa escolhida em água fervente com sal, conforme as indicações da embalagem.
Enquanto a massa cozinha, prepare o molho: na tigela do processador, coloque o alho, o suco de limão e o manjericão. Bata até obter uma pasta de consistência lisa e bem homogênea.
Em seguida, adicione o abacate cortado em pedaços grandes junto com o azeite, o sal e a pimenta do reino. Bata mais uma vez até virar um creme liso.
Quando a massa estiver pronta, escorra e coloque-a dentro de uma panela. Acrescente então os cogumelos limpos e cortados em fatias, e misture.
Por fim, coloque o molho de abacate por cima da massa e misture delicadamente. Sirva a seguir com queijo ralado e algumas folhas de manjericão.

O óleo de coco tem efeito termogênico, contribuindo para o emagrecimento, além de ter ação antifúngica e antibacteriana natural. Já o palmito, que é o destaque da preparação, é rico em fibras, cálcio, magnésio e tem boas quantidades de vitamina C, um nutriente que contribui para reforçar o sistema imune.

Kartais virtuvėje norisi praleisti kuo trumpesnį laiką, ypač, kai lauke taip karšta. Tad nenuostabu, kad visokiausių rūšių salotos tapo pagrindiniu mano maistu. Ir greita, ir skanu, o ir jas valgydami gauname daug naudingų medžiagų.

Šį kartą į salotas pridėjau ir mano mėgstamų šilauogių. Manau, jos labai tiko šiose salotose. Turėjau tik stiklinę šių uogų, bet būtų tikęs ir didesnis kiekis.

Salotose naudojau nedaug ingredientų. Nenorėjau, kad kiti produktai užgožtų šilauogių skonį. Kaip bebūtų, vištiena tikrai pridavė sotumą.

Hello my friends and happy Tuesday. It was a hot day exactly the way I like it. I would have rather sat by a nice pool with a cocktail but one can’t have everything am I right?! We just came back from my kid’s sports so I just grilled some salmon for the family and made some fresh organic salad. A refreshing shower and some  tv and off to bed I go.
