🧀Queijadinha Low Carb🧀
▪️
📌INGREDIENTES:
5 Ovos;
100g de Coco ralado sem Açúcar;
60g de Queijo Parmesão ralado;
1 Colher(sopa) de Manteiga;
1/2 Xícara de Mussarela;
200ml de Leite de Coco;
200ml de Creme de Leite;
1 Colher(sopa cheia) Fermento em Pó;
Adoçante Xilitol a gosto.
▪️
📌MODO DE PREPARO:
1- Disponha todos os ingredientes menos o fermento em pó no liquidificador;
2- Bata bem até obter uma mistura homogênea;
3- Acrescente o fermento em pó e misture levemente;
4- Coloque a massa dentro de forminhas de cupcake levemente untadas e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por aproximadamente 20 minutos ou até dourar bem;
5- Sirva em seguida e Boa Refeição! 😋😋😋

📌MODO DE PREPARO:
1- Disponha todos os ingredientes menos o fermento em pó no liquidificador;
2- Bata bem até obter uma mistura homogênea;
3- Acrescente o fermento em pó e misture levemente;
4- Coloque a massa dentro de forminhas de cupcake levemente untadas e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por aproximadamente 20 minutos ou até dourar bem;
5- Sirva em seguida e Boa Refeição! 😋😋😋

LEGENDS OF THE WEEK 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️ A massive shout out to these legends of the week as they have completed and smashed their first half marathon for the year! 21kms in 2hrs 17mins in preparation for their full in September. 
These two have trained consistently for the past 3mths and not even being sick was going to stop them. Early morning start on Sunday and they were done and dusted before 930am. A good effort to you both on your consistency and dedication to your health and fitness. After running the 21kms only on Sunday the dynamic duo got straight back into training today! Good work guys we are all so impressed.

FitBits can be a great reminder to move your body in a way that makes you feel AMAZING! 🤩But, sometimes this gentle reminder can turn it a straight up OBSESSION! It did for me. 😬I used the calorie burn displayed across my wrist as the marker for how much I could eat in a day for a solid 4 YEARS. And, if the FitBit died? Holy cow, watch out world, because I would have a mental breakdown! 🤯I was so frustrated at myself for becoming so obsessed with this seemingly innocent piece of tech- it was honestly consuming my life! Deep down I knew it wasn’t even accurate, but I couldn’t stop. One day, when I forgot to charge it and it died, I considered this a sign. ⚠️Taking the FitBit off was something I had thought of doing- I KNEW I needed to in order to truly find freedom with food. It was tough, I am not going to lie. 😩I still compulsively checked my bare wrist and my thumb went right to the FitBit App on my phone. 📲Each time this happened I repeated the phrase “I can do this. I can achieve freedom.” Sure, I didn’t believe it at first (being honest!) but after saying it over and over I started to believe it! 🥰Then, I started to think this without even consciously saying the phrases. 😲After a while I no longer based my food choices off of a number, I was able to listen to my body. 🙌🏻I felt so confident, relaxed, and way more nourished since I was actually listening to my body NOT a bracelet! ❤️Now, I use mantras and positive affirmations with my clients as part of my 1:1 Food Freedom Coaching Program to help them truly believe they can make the changes they want and reach the goals we set together weekly! 😘

You asked and I listened, the ultimate Bicep Tendonitis test and fix 🤗.

So many shoulder problems are actually caused by the long head of the bicep and misdiagnosed as something completely unrelated.
.
Here is a way to test that bicep tendon and then fix the problem, fast.
.
The long head of the bicep attaches on the supraglenoid tubercle and the short head attaches to the coracoid process. .
The bicep does much more shoulder flexion and elbow supination than actual elbow flexion (remember all of those fancy curls we did at the gym?).
.
As the tendon becomes irritated from repetitive use or even just faulty scapular rhythm and mechanics, it ends up creating some serious havoc in the shoulder. .
Fix the bicep tendonitis and you relieve a massive amount of shoulder problems.
.
THE TEST.
.
1. Face the wall, with the palm up.
2. Palm against the wall.
3. With the elbow locked out, try to ‘raise’ the wall.
4. Pain in the shoulder and you’ve got some tendonitis going on strong.
.
Here’s how to handle that.
.
1️⃣ Shoulder Extension Release
2️⃣ Internal Rotation Release
3️⃣ Bicep Tendon Barbell Release
4️⃣ Supinated Band Curl
