Ingredienti
🌾 Spätzle, 200 g
🍦 Yogurt Greco 0%, 30g
🥛 Latte di cocco, 50ml
🥚 Albumi, 50g
🍗 Petto di tacchino, 80g
🧀 Parmigiano reggiano grattugiato, 15g

Istruzioni:
Cuoci per qualche minuto gli spätzle in padella con un po’ di acqua e il latto di cocco. Versali in una pirofila con il tacchino tagliato a pezzetti e tutti gli altri ingredienti, mescolando un po’ e poi spolvera con un po’ del parmigiano che hai tenuto da parte e del pepe.
Inforna in forno caldo a 200gradi per 20 minuti.

Lascialo un po’ riposare prima di affondare ... delizioso 😋 
Le Chicche della Mary 👩🏼‍🍳: se hai dei funghi, cuocili in padella e aggiungili al pasticcio nella pirofila prima di infornare.

Lazy Keto day 2 went as follows:
I feel good and I ate decent. All low carb but definitely some processed foods.
Breakfast was-
Spam, Spinach with parmesan & Siracha mayo and an egg
Paired that with my coffee and my balance pill. Super yum!
Snack was-
A boiled egg, spam, string cheese $mustard and an energy drink from Alani Nu- #amazingstuff
Dinner I went to a Mexican restaurant- I got-
Shrimp in a butter garlic sauce and a squeeze of orange with a side of Avacado, lettuce, mayo and salsa and a nitro brew from Starbucks (don't try those they are highly addictive and will hurt your wallet)
Late snack was- 
Shrimp and spam with mayo.

[INGREDIENTS] . . ➖2 poblano peppers, de-seeded and diced ➖2 jalapeños, de-seeded and diced ➖1 sweet onion, diced ➖1 big sweet potato, peeled and diced ➖2 cans crushed tomatoes ➖1 can tomato paste ➖2 cans black beans, drained ➖1 can pinto beans, drained ➖4 cups low sodium vegetable broth ➖3 TBL cumin ➖2 TBL chili powder ➖2 TBL smoked paprika ➖1 TBL garlic powder ➖1 TBL onion powder ➖1 TBL Italian seasoning ➖1 TSP corriander ➖Salt/Pepper . .

GALLOMISÙ CIOCCOLATO E PERE 
Ingredienti:
-gallette di riso
-yogurt greco -cacao amaro -proteine in polvere al cioccolato -pera
-un quadratino di cioccolato fondente 90%
In una ciotola mettere acqua e cacao  per poi immergere le gallette di riso
In un altra ciotola lo yogurt con le proteine in polvere al cioccolato. 
Grattugiare metà pera e il quadratino di cioccolato fondente 
Creare strati con: galletta immersa nell'acqua e cacao, yogurt, un po' di pera e cacao grattugiato. 
Io ho fatto 3 strati.
Poi decorare a piacimento.

 Put water and cocoa in a bowl and then dip the rice cakes

 Create layers with: rice cake dipped in water and cocoa, yogurt, a bit of pear and grated chocolate.
 I made 3 layers.

Z delikatnym opóźnieniem 😎 kilka wybranych (najsmaczniejszych ) pojemniczków : 
1. Owsianka nocna (płatki zalane na noc jogurtem ) z owocami ❤️ 2. Sałatka na sałacie lodowej + kaszka manna ( ostatnio ją kocham! Robi się dosłownie 2 minuty) 
3. Może nie wygląda.... Ale prawdziwa petarda - omlet szarpany z bananem i bakaliami, mogła bym go jeść codziennie !
4. Mix warzywny i swojską kiełbaską + twarożek z owocami. ( Twaróg, manna, owsianka - nawet z tymi samymi dodatkami smakują zupełnie inaczej, co ma znaczenie dla osób robiących zakupy raz w tygodniu i nie lubiących marnować jedzenia😉) 5. 7. Avec le best combo ever, chocolat fondu et PB.

📊 Valeurs :
- 585kcal sans toppings(C84, F13, P27)
- 800kcal avec toppings (C96, F27, P35)
Je rappelle que vous pouvez adapter la recette selon vos objectifs ☺️

- 50gr de farine d’avoine Peanut Butter @max_protein
- 25gr de flocons d’avoine
- 25gr de son d’avoine
- 50gr de fromage blanc
- 50gr de compote de pomme ssa
- 5gr de cacao 100%
- 1 œuf bio et 1 blanc
- 1 poire
- 1/2 cuillère de levure (env 3gr)

Today’s lunch under 10 minutes 🤘🏼 I popped the meatballs into my Airfryer for 10 minutes, while I sautéed the frozen broccoli in a pan. 🤭 Para que veíais que escucho todas vuestras peticiones... aquí os dejo otro bollito 🙏🏻. Siempre me han recordado a los Twinkies (no sé si fue antes el huevo o la gallina😂). Lo mejor de este bollito siempre fue su bizcocho ultra jugoso (y blandito) y que estaba cargado de chocolate 🤤 (aunque a mí nunca me parecía suficiente). Son muy sencillos ‼️Os dejo la RECETA👇🏻

⚠️ Molde para pastelitos tipo pantera rosa. -
📝 INGREDIENTES (7-8 bollitos):
➖ 100 gr de harina de avena.
➖ 2 huevos.
➖ 60 gr de yogur griego.
➖ 90 ml de leche.
➖ 10 ml de aceite de coco.
➖ 10 ml de esencia de vainilla.
➖ 7 gr de levadura.
➖ 20 gr de edulcorante en polvo ( yo usé eritritol).
➖ Para el relleno: una tableta de chocolate negro (+ una cucharada de mantequilla de avellanas o 30 gr de avellanas trituradas si tenéis). -
💗ELABORACIÓN:
➖ Mezclamos los huevos con el edulcorante y vamos añadiendo resto de ingredientes, dejando para lo último la harina de avena.
➖ Añadimos la avena a cucharadas mientras removemos, para que sea más fácil y evitar los grumos.
➖ Engrasamos el molde y vertemos la masa. Si no tenéis este molde podéis hacerlo en formato cupcake.
➖ Metemos al horno a 180 grados durante 15 min.
➖ Una vez horneados y completamente fríos rellenamos con el chocolate. - ★ -

Watermelon is my favorite. This is not watermelon. Those are blackberries. But I got optimistic when making my grocery list that it would be watermelon season. I was wrong (don’t tell anyone.) So instead of making a watermelon salad, I went with a blackberry salad with cucumber and feta. Can also swap out chèvre goat cheese if you’re looking for a sweeter treat.

The best thing about doing an extra week of C1 is getting to try out all the meals I didn’t cook first time 🤗 tonight is pork schnitzel and veggies... mucked up my menu this week and ended with reduced carb post workout but I’m sure I’ll survive 🤣🤣🤣

Kalorie: 536 kcal ✅Składniki:
-100g piersi indyka -sól
✔️marynata i sos:
-25g dżemu pomarańczowego -sok z połowy pomarańczy -25g dżemu brzoskwiniowego
-10g żurawiny
-kurkuma
-ostra papryka
-imbir
-tymianek
-łyżka octu winnego
-5g masła -sól
✔️kasza jaglana z morelami:
-50g kaszy jaglanej
-20g suszonych moreli
-125ml bulionu
-sól
-pieprz
-5g masła -natka pietruszki ✅Przygotowanie:
Filet opłukać, włożyć do miseczki wsypać 1 łyżeczkę soli i zalać zimną wodą. Odstawić na 15 minut.
W rondelku zagotować składniki marynaty bez żurawiny. Dodać szczyptę soli. Po zagotowaniu odstawić z ognia i ostudzić.
Indyka wyjąć z wody, włożyć do woreczka foliowego na mrożonki i wlać ostudzoną marynatę. Zawiązać lub zapiąć woreczek, mięso przemieszać aby równomiernie pokryło się marynatą, włożyć do lodówki na około 12 godzin (można krócej 🙂 ja trzymałam 2h).
Piekarnik nastawić na 180 stopni C. Do formy żaroodpornej włożyć mięso wyjęte z marynaty (marynatę zlać do miseczki). Do naczynia wlać 1/2 szklanki wody, mięso polać 1/2 szklanki marynaty, wstawić do piekarnika i piec bez przykrycia przez 60 minut. Jeśli mamy odpowiedni termometr możemy sprawdzić temp. w środku najgrubszej części mięsa (powinno być 70-74 stopnie).
W trakcie pieczenia polewać mięso marynatą. Na koniec wyjąć formę z piekarnika, odłożyć (odczekać minimum 10 minut przed pokrojeniem aby nie uciekły nam soki z mięsa). Mięso wyłożyć na talerz a do naczynia z sosem włożyć żurawinę. Formę postawić na gazie i zagotować. Odstawić z ognia, dodać masło i mieszając roztopić.
Ugotować kaszę jaglaną. Zagotować bulion, dodać kaszę, doprawić pieprzem i solą Dodać masło. Gotować pod przykryciem na małym ogniu aż kasza wchłonie cały płyn. Dodać posiekane morele oraz natkę i wymieszać. Podawać z mięsem polewać sosem.

🔸2 db M-es tojás
🔸70 g víz
🔸70 g vegán köleses krémtúró (helyettesíthető normál túróval, vagy elhagyható és akkor csak 50 g víz menjen bele!)
🔸3 tk szafireform 4x erejű édesítő
🔸2 marék áfonya (bármilyen más bogyós gyümölcs is jó,  de el is hagyható és jó opció lehet a lekvár evéskor)
🔸ha köleses túró nélkül készítetek akkor egy fél citrom héja és leve is mehet bele, meg egy kis vanília kivonat

Kikeverés után kókuszolajjal kikent serpenyőbe öntöttem és letakarva addig hagytam közepes lángon,  míg megszilárdult a teteje, kb 7-8 perc volt😍

CHOCOLATE CHUNK TAHINI BLONDIES are comin’ in hot today 👌🏻they’re keto friendly, paleo, and thickkkk. .

I adapted my orange tahini blondies and took out the orange juice to make them keto/low sugar! 💯😍 .
.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup tahini 
1/4 cup almond milk 
1/4 cup coconut oil 
1 egg
1/3 cup @lakantosweetener classic sugar 
1 cup almond flour 
1/2 tsp baking soda 
1/4 tsp baking powder 
Cinnamon 
Chocolate chips/chunks( I used a @lilys_sweets_chocolate bar) 
@maldonsalt flakes .

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all your wet ingredients including the monkfruit sugar. Add in dry. Fold in chocolate chunks. Pour into a 9x5 in loaf pan and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Bake for 22 min. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and EAT UP 🤤

How do you make a meatless lasagna 'meaty' though? Make a bulky filling as you usually would but sub meat for a high-protein alternative like @quorn_uk mince if you're new to being veggie. OR go completely vegan and make a dairy-free bechamel sauce using a mix of flour, DF butter and DF milk (easy peasy mate). Then bulk your filling with lots of veggies like courgettes and peppers, including protein-rich lentils. I personally find chopped mushroom always adds a nice 'meaty' texture to dishes like this too 🙂

How do you make a meatless lasagna 'meaty' though? Make a bulky filling as you usually would but sub meat for a high-protein alternative like @quorn_uk mince if you're new to being veggie. OR go completely vegan and make a dairy-free bechamel sauce using a mix of flour, DF butter and DF milk (easy peasy mate). Then bulk your filling with lots of veggies like courgettes and peppers, including protein-rich lentils. I personally find chopped mushroom always adds a nice 'meaty' texture to dishes like this too 🙂

I wanted to share this delicious Pasta Salad with Yogurt “Ranch” Dressing by @fithealthyrecipes. It's made with pasta (obvs), chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, basil, and chives. Then the ranch is yogurt based and seasoned with garlic, onion, dill, apple cyder vinegar, olive oil and salt n pepper 😋

You can make the ranch dressing less fattening and VEGAN by subbing in a dairy-free yogurt alternative! You can also choose wholewheat pasta for more fiber and add in your fave plant-based protein. The rest remains the same 😍💚

Sometimes you just need a day off from everything; household responsibilities, the gym, socializing, etc. MENTAL HEALTH is SO important!! So, as part of my mental heath relaxation afternoon, I made this strawberry banana smoothie bowl, crawled into bed and binged some YOU on @netflix 😍

1 cup frozen @costco strawberries 
1/2 @dole.fruits banana 
1 scoop @vitalproteins dark chocolate blackberry  collagen powder 
1/2 cup @silk almond milk 
Add ice as needed for thickness .

L' impasto al cacao è morbidissimo e spugnoso e il ripieno di ricotta è pieno e intenso... andandosi a sposare perfettamente con il resto... 😋😱🚴‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ 💪La torta è molto light (al posto dello zucchero abbiamo usato l'eritrolo @zumub.it) e con poche calorie, potete concedervela anche stando a dieta, la base è anche preparata senza latte e burro... 🤓Non vi piace la ricotta o siete intolleranti al lattosio?... Nessun problema ‼️
Provate con della semplice marmellata di fragole, una crema pasticciera oppure dello yogurt greco! 🤓Allo stesso tempo per una versione non gluten free potete usare la farina integrale oppure in sostituzione del cacao usare la farina di carrube @zumub‼️...
