So letzter Teller von unserer Challenge.. Der ❤️Mann hat Putenschnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat gemacht... für mich extra nur mehliert, anstatt noch mit Semmelbrösel gepimpt😂👌🏻 Leider hatte er kein Nachtisch 😂 und hat insgesamt nur 14 Punkte erzielt...
Am Ende haben mein Sohn und ich den ersten Platz und der Mann den zweiten... und verloren hat am Ende ja eh keiner, weil wir lecker gegessen haben ❤️

2 rodajas de queso mozzarella RD$14.00
1 tomate pequeño RD$5.00

TOTAL: RD$38.00 (US$1.00)

PREPARACIÓN:
.
Pelar, cortar y llevar a hervir el plátano maduro.
Luego de estar cocido aplastar y llevar al sartén antiadherente sin aceites a fuego medio durante varios minutos.

Coser de ambos lados.
.
Colocar las rodajas de queso mozzarella seguido del tomate, agregar sal y orégano al gusto.

Buen provecho 😍🤤🤤

Raw Vegan “Twix” Bar 🍫

Cookie Base:
1/2 lb. Soaked Brazil Nuts
2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
1-2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
.
Caramel:
Soaked Dates
Cinnamon
Vanilla
.
Chocolate:
100g Cacao Butter
50g Cacao Powder
4-6 Tbsp. Coconut Nectar
Pink Salt
Cinnamon
.
Place cookie base in food processor & press into a paper lined loaf pan. .
Add caramel ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth, and spread even later over cookie base. Freeze until solid.
.
Cut frozen bars into 8 equal size bars. Chop cacao butter into small pieces and melt over double boiler. Add coconut nectar, pink salt & cinnamon until combined. Slowly add cacao powder until smooth and well blended. .
Carefully dip frozen bars into chocolate and place on parchment paper. Place in freezer & enjoy!

😍🍴Because it’s Father’s Day... Protein pancakes are one of my hubby’s favorite breakfasts! Here’s his recipe to try and HAVE A HAPPY FATHER’S DAY! 🎉

✨Healthy Protein Pancakes✨
.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (*Optional) 
1/2 tsp Baking powder
6 Egg whites
1/2 cup Almond flour 
2 tbs Water
3-5 drops of Stevia (we like Vanilla or English Toffee flavored)

DIRECTIONS:
These Protein Pancakes are easy as one, two, three!
.
1) Mix all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
.
2) Heat a nonstick griddle (or large nonstick skillet) coated with olive oil cooking spray over medium heat. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto griddle. Turn pancakes over when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked to a golden brown. .
3) Serve piping hot topped with a dollop of cream, your favorite sugar free syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon.

Małe podsumowanie w połowie wyzwania #bestrongermindandbody 🧡➡️➡️➡️
Moja przygoda z @chodakowskaewa zaczęła się jakieś 6 lat temu 🙏
Miałam nadwagę i pamietam był to dzień walki z otyłością (październik ) i wybrałam się do dietetyka na zrobienie analizy ciała.Wiecie pomiar tłuszczu,tkanki mięśniowej itd. Zdecydowałam się na dietę od dietetyka i zalecono mi oczywiście ćwiczenia ,najlepiej siłownie.Ale nie widziało mi się to. Wtedy już o @chodakowskaewa zaczęło się mówić 😊Wydała wtedy swój drugi program KILLER 💦🔥🔥(każdy kto go robił wie dlaczego tak się nazywa 😅) Pamietam do dziś jak go pierwszy raz odpaliłam i zaczęłam ćwiczyć ...po 20 minutach myslalam,że umrę 😭😅Brak oddechu ,brak siły i totalny odlot (serio 😅) Trzymałam nogi w górze,żeby nie zemdleć 😱🤦‍♀️
Ale już następnego dnia zrobiłam cały trening 💪💪💪i tak dzień w dzień ,krok po kroczku byłam coraz bardziej zakochana w Ewie i jej następnych treningach ❤️❣️❤️Tak jak Ewa mówi ➡️miłość do niej rodzi się w bólu 💦🔥oj tak 😂Ale ta miłość została do dzisiaj 🧡Miałam fazy wzlotów i upadków , fazę chodzenia na siłownie i treningów z innymi trenerkami ale jednak Choda to Choda ❤️W tamtym roku zakupiłam dietę #bediet i do tej pory z niej korzystam 👌
Jest prosta i smaczna 🧡Obecnie korzystam też z @tvbeactive 👌
Także moja metamorfoza trwa kilka dobrych lat ale jestem z siebie dumna 🙏💪 i walczę każdego dnia ❤️Nie tylko zmienia się ciało ale i myślenie 🙏 i nie ma rzeczy niemożliwych ➡️trzeba zacisnąć zęby i iść do przodu po swoje 💪Wyciągać wnioski ,uczyć się na swoich błędach 👊👊👊

The sweet maple balances out the cheesy herb tones perfectly 👌 Pastry heaven. Pull apart and share with friends or family. I took less than 10 quick photos and we ate it Hot from the oven 🙌🔥 Yum 😋 🍁 
Ingredients from @thesourcebulkfoods @thesourcerousehill 🍁

Cheesy Maple Herb Scroll (Repeat recipe 4 times in total)
1 sheet vegan puff pastry thawed
1 tsp maple syrup
3 tsp grated vegan Parmesan (or nutritional yeast flakes)
1 tsp dry chives (or 1 Tbsp chopped fresh)
1 tsp dry oregano (or 1 Tbsp chopped fresh)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 220C
Top pastry sheet with maple, then herbs
Roll up and cut in half
Twist one piece and coil around on a prepared baking sheet. Follow with other half, joining together.
Repeat 3 more times to make one big scroll
Brush completed scroll with some aquafaba or mylk and season the top with a grind of pink Himalayan sea salt and some fresh thyme
Bake for 25mins. 
Serve warm as a shared snack, or as a tasty side to some soup

How to:
Heat the rolled oats with the almond milk in a pan for a few minutes and stir well. Cool down for a minute and add the vanilla protein and cinnamon. Mix greek yoghurt. Add your toppings and you’re ready to go!

sundays every week for me mean loads of fresh organic leafy greens for the week🌱 my staples are always kale and spinach for juices and smoothies and then i alternate whatever is in season or catches my eye 💚 this week there was some beautiful rainbow chard (i mean LOOK AT THAT COLOUR 🌈) and parsley along with some coriander that I couldn’t fit into this little leafy spread 🍃 its so important to get a variety of leafy greens in your diet for fiber, iron, vitamin’s K, C, E and A, essential minerals, chlorophyll and and phytonutrients ⚡️these leafy veggies are honestly a nutrient powerhouse and such an important part of a BALANCED diet ☘️ if you arent into big green juices or smoothies you can chop greens up nice and small (the finer you chop them the less you’ll notice them) and add them to curries, soup 🍲 , rice dishes 🍚(kale is great in vegan fried rice style meals), stir fries, pasta 🍝 (spinach is amazing with pesto or tomato based pasta), with your morning baked beans on toast or a simple salad the options really are endless!

Donc pour cette délicieuse nice cream à la poire il vous faut des cubes de poire congelée, des cubes de nectarine congelée, 1 banane congelée, 1 yaourt de soja, 1 cuillère à soupe de sirop d’agave.

* 3-4 Garlic Cloves minced or pressed
* 4 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes drained and chopped
* Sea salt and pepper, to your taste
* 2 Cups Baby Spinach
* 1 ½ Cup Skimmed Milk
* 1 Tbsp Corn or Gluten-free Flour
* 1 Tbsp Dried Basil
* ½ Tsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
1. Fill a pot with salted water and bring it to the boil. Add in the pasta and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
3. Add shrimps, dried tomatoes, chili flakes, dried basil and a pinch of salt. Cook until shrimps are pink, about 3-4 minutes, then set aside on a plate.
4. In the same pan add milk and flour and cook whisking constantly, until sauce thickens
5. (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
6. Add baby spinach and cook until just wilted about 1 more minute.
7. Stir in the cooked pasta and shrimps and gently mix to combine. Enjoy!

Receita da torta de carne moída sem farinha acompanhada com vagem francesa ao molho gorgonzola e nozes 
Massa:
-4 ovos;
-100g de queijo parmesão ou mozarela;
-uma caixa de creme de leite;
-1 pacote de fermento biológico

Bata tudo no liquidificador e jogue metade em um recipiente untado com azeite e coloque o recheio e depois cubra com o resto da massa

No recheio usei carne moída com molho de tomate parmesão, molho posto de leve e bacon. Deixei bem sequinha no fogo com azeite. 
Levei por 30 min ao forno já pré-aquecido a 180 graus 
Para acompanhar fiz uma vagem francesa com molho ao gorgonzola e nozes que leva duas caixas de creme de leite, queijo gorgonzola, manteiga e nozes 
Enjoy!!!!! 😋😋😋
