The simple answer is YES‼️💥

Flexibility and core stability are the two of the most important things that will help keep you injury free.Make time to stretch after each run. A few minutes a day will make a huge difference.
.

Before training you need to do dynamic movements. I love to do the lunge shown in the photo as it gives me the full full range of movement that I will need when I run. Thus reducing the chance of injuries. After training I usually put some music on or TV and stretch while I relax. Definately include stretching in your training program.

今日はすごく久しぶりのボディパンプでした‼️スクワットするとやっぱり股関節周りが相当硬いなって改めて感じました😅1時間のパンプはかなりハードでしたが久しぶりですごく楽しかったです😊💡
パンプの後はこれもなかなかレッスンに出られないボディアタック💦1時間はやっぱりキツい😂でも運動した!って達成感があります☺️

34C outside but the gym musn‘t miss us 🌞♥️ Legday was on the plan yesterday. Next time only squat in sleeves. 14 weeks out from next meet day @insanitypowerlifting where I have to squat in sleeves. That’s gonna be interesting, very interesting because it’s my first competition in sleeves and with a strict dl bar. Never tested my 1rep max in sleeves so far. 😱Started with 140kg 3x6. Adductor strain is nearly forgotten but I‘m still very careful. During my holiday trip (start next week) I can regenerate 100% and them I‘kl start my prep!

Was für ne Hitze, aber kein Grund für uns das Training zu skippen! Es kommen noch viele schöne Tage und.. von nichts kommt nichts. Durchziehen um seine Ziele zu erreichen.. Erstes Beintraining gestern hinter uns gebracht. Eingestiegen mit Kniebeugen 140kg 3x6. Etwas verhalten bezüglich meinem Adduktor bin ich immer noch und habe meines Erachtens zur richtigen Zeit auch aufgehört. Im Urlaub werde ich mich dann komplett davon erholen, damit ich fit für die Vorbereitung bin! Es folgten noch ein paar Assistenzübungen. ➡️ Noch 14 Wochen bis zum Insanitymeet. Das bedeutet für mich, dass ich das erste Mal einen WK bestreite wo ich in Sleeves beugen muss und eine strict DL Bar habe. Das wird spaßig werden, besonders ersteres. Bisher kenne ich mein 1Rm in Squats so nicht, wird auf jeden Fall ne Herausforderung. Hilfe! #keineironie 🤭🙄

Challange dari @ferdianades , gorilla walk 1 lap joging track atau sekitar 1km. Kenapa pake bola basket? Karena dengan memegang bola kekuatan cengkraman otomatis bekerja lebih keras, otot tricep dan bahu juga jadi lebih aktif. Selain itu meminimalisir lecet di telapak tangan

Gorilla walk adalah salah satu gerakan "animal inspired" yang hampir menggerakan semua otot di tubuh, terutama hip (pinggang) dan otot inti tubuh (core)

Challange seperti ini baik untuk melatih stamina, juga ketahanan mental. Kalo kamu suka basket atau bahkan atlet basket coba deh sesekali lakuin challenge ini. Selamat mencobaaaa

So how should you warm up for a training session based around compound lifts?
(From the questions we collected on Sunday).

Shown in the video are two moves we use as warm up regardless of the lift we have scheduled.
.
Along with this, if you're squatting or deadlifting, you should include some hip flexor mobility work and a lot of core work.
.
If it's upper body based, you'll need to add scapular mobility to the warm up.
.
After all that, you should also set time aside to practice the move itself at lighter weights with lots of tension being generated by you at the core.
Practice the brace, ankle position and form.
Then do 1-3 warm up sets before you actually lift.

Encontrei nos meus arquivos essa lembrança do Estágio que fiz na Clínica Escola da @celsolisboarj , durante o 7/8o período tive oportunidade de estagiar com Grupos Especiais ( Idosos, Gestantes, Diabéticos, Hipertensos, pós AVC) foi sem dúvidas uma grande oportunidade e aprendizado. 
Inclusive meu trabalho de conclusão de curso foi sobre treinamento em pessoas pós avc.

A propósito estudei na antiga Universidade Gama Filho, que era sensacional, até meu 3o período e após decretar falência fui muito bem acolhido na Celso Lisboa onde aprendi muito, fiz muitas amizades e experiênciei bastante, lá terminei minha graduação e fiz minha Pós graduação.
Agora tá na hora de partir pro Mestrado!
