Combining decline push-ups and flies really burns my chest and shoulders. The instability of the rollers forces engagement of the core muscles and rotator cuff complex as well. 🔵

If you want another way to train to prevent injuries, these are great to help your shoulder complex. Injury prevention might not be fun, but without the preventative measures I've taken my whole life I wouldn't be able to even walk today.

So, I decided to switch it up significantly. I've done a little more rest days, and split days between workouts! 🤙🏿💪🏿✌️🏿 and I thought I've shrunk to 223, but I'm 226 now! ✌️🏿, so today was chest and triceps, and tommorow is back and biceps! .
And I honestly think this works better for me since, I can still lift 150 lbs dumbells on flat dumbell press! But this is a start 😊💪🏿😊 .

The basic movement of a Row is like a reverse Bench Press therefore rather than working out your chest, they predominantly target your back. You use your upper body to pull a load rather than push it. But within that basic description, there is lots of room for variation. Nice heavy single bench press at 145kgs/319lbs for an RPE 8.5  followed by a 3x3 drop set for a good chesties workout.

Video 2: 95kgs (dropset at RPE 6)

Overall a great workout, still some fatigue from the back work on Saturday, but the bar is moving, and the weight feels great. .

Just crushed a dope chest session with my boy @dan_iannone.💪🏽 Video 1) worked up to 275lbs bench press *semi body weight pr*. First time hitting it in like 2 months because I got lazy with it until recently.

Video 2) 235lbs x 5. (Did 4 sets of 5/4/4/5) 
Video 3) 160lbs hammer machine chest presses for 5 reps. Dan was repping it and I haven’t done this weight in a very long time (probably only a few times) so I had to hop in lol 
First time I did squats, deadlifts and bench all over 3 consecutive days. Felt amazing on all lifts this week and that’s a blessing. I’ve been skipping my 3:45 alarm to get some extra rest the last few days. I’ve definitely been alittle hard on myself for it. Today felt amazing to get back into my routine. I know that consistency is key, but rest is key, diet is key, being happy is key. So flecking off those sleep in feels but it was nice while it lasted. Haha💛🙏🏽✨

Missed the double at 600.8lbs but followed it with 3 singles. Some technical issues and fatigue. 507lbs for 5 after 4 sets in the 600s is a win in my book though. Then 440lbs for 7. Followed by some more volume after. Didn't get exactly what I wanted but overall I can't complain.
