Self care Sunday 💞
A day to recharge, To do the things that fuel your soul!!! It’s not all about expensive trips to the spa.. It can be a bath with your favourite lush bath bomb, reading a good book that awakens your senses, spending time with the people who matter the most to you!!.. For me this morning it was sleeping that little bit longer, ( you take full advantage of this when the minis aren’t here 😉) it’s releasing my muscles with this torture device!! And even with no kids to distract me..I had a dogs arse in my face, drooling on me and trying to sit on me..Check out My stories..She’s worse than the kids 😂

Now to hit the shower and have another day just being adults 👀

I’m thinking the cinema and some food 🤔

Recently took Curtis into the weights room to introduce him to the squat . . . I was surprised how someone for the first time doing a squat can move so well with decent range of motion 👌🏽 but . . I did notice a few things we gotta work on 🤔

In the first video take a look at his chest as he pushes up from the squat position . . . His chest struggles to stay up right (not too bad) . . . And his ankles roll inwards as he pushes up 🧐

Literally in the second video all we changed was "Curtis, take your shoes off" . . . Now his feet are firmly planted on the floor, with no spongy surfaces for his ankles to roll inwards . . . Allowing his hips to actually start to stabilise him, so he can power through the glutes 👌🏽 . . . That's why his chest sunk forwards, because his body shifted the load onto his hamstrings, because his hips and glutes couldn't work properly . . Kinda like a deadlift . . . All because of his shoes 😅 Mad init . . . Sorry man, I know all my gym nerds get it 🤓

All my Squat nerds GET AT ME 🙌🏽 I think the squat is a work of art when done properly 😍 . . We never stop trying to perfect it 🛠 .

Today we have my infamous golden (red) pyramid of fat loss! 🌟 Have you been spinning your wheels trying to lose fat?

🤯For so long, I focused on the wrong thing. I wasn’t tuned into my diet, I was doing boatloads of cardio, not lifting weights, drinking skinny teas & taking fat burners. If it said “lose weight fast”, I probably tried it!

🖐🏼Fast forward five years... and lots of mistakes later, I created this little pyramid for you guys so you know what to focus on when you are trying to tone up and lose fat.
⠀
⚠️Here’s the golden pyramid of fat loss for you guys! 
1️⃣Calorie Deficit: Eating less calories than your body needs is the only way to lose fat!
2️⃣Eat Enough Protein: to maintain muscle mass, to recover from workouts, to keep you full & satiated when you’re dieting & so you get toned aka you don’t turn “skinny fat”
3️⃣Lift Weights: 2-5x a week! (usually 3-4 is a sweet spot for most people) don’t be afraid to go heavy, it WON’T make you bulky unless you eat too many calories
4️⃣Sleep: 7-9 hours a night to recover, rest and keep your hunger levels in check. when you don’t sleep enough, your body will be hungrier. so get those Zzzs!
5️⃣Cardio, Movement, and 10k steps/day. Finding active hobbies you enjoy will keep you consistent and make it a lot more fun.

☝🏼Find what works for you, your lifestyle, habits, and preferences. Focus on the BIG stuff and don’t let the little things distract you from the big picture.

Magical things happen When you start believing in yourself when you start loving yourself. If you are going through struggles just know that you are not alone, know that you can over come them. Arrête toi, regarde et apprécie. C’est souvent ce que je me dis quand je vais courir le matin comme ça. Je ne cours pas pour les chronos, les podiums et les médailles. Je cours pour me sentir bien dans mon corps et dans ma tête. 
Et ça passe par ces moments de pause et contemplation au sommet de ma petite montagne avec vue sur la mer de nuage qui monte. Что-то давненько ничего полезного не рассказывала 🙈 буду реабилитироваться 🤗 сегодня расскажу о своих тренировках 💪🏽 Сейчас у меня 6 тренировок в неделю 💪🏽 -2 тренировки на ноги,ягодицы
-спина
-грудь,руки - дельты
- функциональная тренировка 
В таком режиме мне комфортнее работать, чем тренироваться 3/4 раза в неделю 🤷🏽‍♀️ Так тренировка занимает меньше времени , я себя особо не перегружаю и быстро восстанавливаюсь 🤗

А чтобы наверняка восстановится побольше bcaa, глутамина от @kultlab и водички с лаймом 😍
