Wish you had smell-o-gram! This smells incredible! Warm toasty oats, nuts, berries and seeds, baked with a smidge of coconut oil and maple syrup. It’s perfectly paired with my favourite @thecollectiveuk vanilla kefir yogurt.

Try it
.
2 tbsp coconut oil
125 ml maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g rolled oats 
50g sunflower seed
4 tbsp sesame seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
100g flaked almond
100g dried berries
.
Melt the oil and syrup together, then combine with all the dry ingredients, except the dried fruit. Spread out on 2 non-stick baking trays.
.
Bake in the oven at 150 degrees and after 15 mins add in the dried berries. Bake for a further 10 mins.
.
Remove and allow to cool before scraping it off the trays and into an airtight container. It’ll keep for a month if you can resist it for that long!
.
Try this protein packed, energy boosting granola topped off with some fresh fruit to kick start your day 💪.

i made plain rolled oats and added walnuts, raisins, & craisins then drizzled peanut butter all over ~

Grain-free strawberry white chocolate banana bread

Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 coconut flour
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
2 medium super overripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup agave
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
1/4 cup mini white chocolate chips
1/4 cup diced strawberries, for topping
Shredded coconut, for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper for easy removal
2. In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder
3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, agave, and coconut oil
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients then fold in mini white chocolate chips
5. Scoop batter into loaf pan. Top with diced strawberries + extra chocolate chips
6. Bake for 40-45 min! Check on bread after 30 min; if it’s browning too much, cover loosely with foil. When ready, remove from oven and garnish with shredded coconut. Let cool completely before slicing and store in the fridge for up to 6 days

📌 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
📌 1/3 cup natural cocoa powder
📌 1 TB instant espresso powder
📌 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

📌 2 ripe small bananas, peeled
📌 1 large egg
📌 2 big handfuls of spinach leaves
📌 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
📌 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
📌 1/4 cup milk of choice
📌 1 tsp vanilla extract
📌 3/4 cup chocolate chips

✨Preheat oven to 350. Add rolled oats to a high speed blender such as a @vitamix, place the lid on, and pulse on high until the oats have been processed into a powder (20-30 seconds).
✨Pour the freshly made oat flour into a medium mixing bowl. Add the natural cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and instant espresso powder to the oat flour and whisk it together.
✨To the now empty blender, add the wet ingredients: bananas, egg, spinach, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup, and milk. Blend on high until completely smooth. The mixture will be very green! 🍃
✨On top of the green mixture in the blender, add the oat flour mixture. Blend again until smooth and no dry pockets remain. Scrape down the sides if necessary. Add the chocolate chips & use a rubber spatula or scraper tool to mix.
✨Pour into a greased 12-count muffin tin, top with more choco chips, and bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

I couldn't make this too easy for you guys so I threw in the potatoes as a little decoy... potatoes actualy have a nutritional value, and if eaten cold, the starch in the potatoes is not as readily absorbed by our bodies as when eating them hot. There is actually a patato diet for weight loss if you can believe that!
So the right answer is the croissant and chocolate spread, aka Nutella...EMPTY CALORIES, high in carbs and full of sugar...but as one of my followers put it so eloquently there is no bad food...some food is good for the body and some food is good for the soul...I love that! @hiltonplayadelcarmen @nizucresort @banyantreemayakoba  @grandhyattplaya

Decided to try something new (to me). Leftover quinoa, raspberries, blueberries, chopped almonds, dollop of peanut butter and a splash of milk. I didn't have my plant-milk on hand so I had to use my family's regular stuff, but next time I'll be prepared. I really enjoyed the flavors!

Good afternoon! Happy Wednesday! 🐪🐫

So I’ve learned a few things this week...
1. If you take your house key off your key ring and hand it to one of your children (doesn’t matter the age), they will forget to give it back to you🗝
2. Later on you will leave your house and unknowingly get locked out.🤦‍♀️
3. You will then learn that your house is exceptionally hard to break into (yay! 🎉)
4. You will spend your morning driving to meet a very patient husband who left a very busy work day to give you his house key ❤️
5. Finally you will make enough copies of your house key to give to everyone you know within a 5 mile radius.😅😅

Other things I learned...
Cream of buckwheat is a great breakfast option, especially with fresh fruit & seeds... and especially after spending the morning locked out of your house 😉

So I’ve learned a few things this week...
1. If you take your house key off your key ring and hand it to one of your children (doesn’t matter the age), they will forget to give it back to you🗝
2. Later on you will leave your house and unknowingly get locked out.🤦‍♀️
3. You will then learn that your house is exceptionally hard to break into (yay! 🎉)
4. You will spend your morning driving to meet a very patient husband who left a very busy work day to give you his house key ❤️
5. Finally you will make enough copies of your house key to give to everyone you know within a 5 mile radius.😅😅
.
Other things I learned...
Cream of buckwheat is a great breakfast option, especially with fresh fruit & seeds... and especially after spending the morning locked out of your house 😉
