If you struggle with pull ups and chin ups, bodyweight rows should be a staple part of your training!

Of course it by no means needs to be as low as this horizontal position in the vid!

When performing a row...
• Don’t let your butt sag (squeeze em tight!)
• Get control of your elbows. keep them from flaring away from your body.
• Pull the rings towards the middle of your chest. Not your throat, your belly button.
• Abs on people! throughout! The only things moving are your arms.
• GO all the way. Don’t half-ass it.  Lower yourself until your arms are completely extended and pull till your hands touch your chest and shoulder blades are squeezed together.

After an incredibly long winter break the outdoor group fitness bootcamps are BACK!😁 As always it's going to be a mix of HIIT training, bodyweight exercises as well as some fun and games! We will be meeting at 10am this Sunday (28.4) at the entrance of Schönbrunn. This year there is the option to make a voluntary donation at the Sunday sessions, so if you wish to contribute you can but you decide how much!
