Wow I’m looking paler than ever and the fluorescent lights aren’t helping 😂😂 but I’ve been trying to stay out of the sun lately

Only four exercises today because squat press MURDERS my legs and I wanted to somewhat be able to walk tomorrow 🥵 if you have a squat press machine at your gym then I highly recommend it (you’ll be very sore after but it’ll be worth it) 👊🏽

Couple movements from todays hams and glutes session. 1st attempt at some snatch grip RDLs and 180KGx7 isn't a bad start point.. they'll take some getting used to. .

The 6th and final exercise were some slow wide stance squats, my hams were fried at this point but glutes needed a little bit more so put these in just to fill them up with some more blood. .

I've learnt that neglecting the glutes is the sole reason for saggy asses on stage... girls always have great glutes on stage, girls always train glutes hard.. see the connection? This prep I'll be ensuring they get as much attention as my chest would...

Wer bei den Proteinen ordentlich zuschlägt, kann durch einen Überschuss an Stickstoff einen erhöhten Harnsäurewert (Übersäuerung) bekommen.
Ein gesunder Körper reguliert das, indem er unser Durstgefühl und die Nierentätigkeit erhöht. Trotzdem sollte jeder täglich die Mindestmenge (1,5 Liter) an Flüssigkeit aufnehmen.
Wer abnehmen möchte, sollte sogar noch mehr trinken, weil er weniger Nahrung und somit weniger Flüssigkeit zu sich nimmt. Sonst fährt der Stoffwechsel runter, man fühlt sich antriebslos und müde.

Guys I really Still can’t believe I’m taking this risk... not everything’s set and stone, I found two amazing girls to accept me for the summer and I’m so grateful for them! I don’t know much more but I’m doing it, I’m putting myself in the unknown because whenever I do that, It always works out, I always grow and learn, I always create more opportunities that I wouldn’t have had if I stayed in my comfort zone. .

There will be and have been days when I’m scared out of my mind, but I’ve held tight to this dream. I’ve had to dig deep and believe in myself. 
Moments like these are when we elevate to a higher version of ourselves. .

I could just have stayed home and things would have been easy, but y’all know me I never take the easy route😂 I always love a challenge because I know it’s going to make me stronger and better. .

It's Always a fantastic time when I'm down Plymouth with great people around me! Another Push down Extreme Fitness with Jake & Kieran! Went through Round 2 of posing this day also! Definitely come along way through my posing, starting to slowly nail it, just gotta make sure just breathe a bit more. Jake is v happy on how I'm looking like definitely a big differance since the last time.  Time to bring the heat even more with conditioning 🔥💪🏽 #PREP2019

There are a few points that I want to take away from climbing Croagh Patrick yesterday: - 🔹Being active does not strictly mean sticking to the gym - daily activity is so important but it’s not limited to a certain activity/sport! Experiment and see what works for you!
🔹Spending time in the nature is so therapeutic and clears your head - there’s something about it which helps to boost your mood😄
🔹We are so caught up being busy and constantly asking that we sometimes forget to give - This year around I decided to do the climb for a charity and help someone out!
🔹Take up all opportunity which could possibly make you a better person - signing up for something challenging way in advance makes it so much more manageable with a greater time frame
🔹Don’t be discouraged if you fall, you can always get up and try again - while this is literal , I did fall before I even started climbing, it has a deeper meaning behind it! Use your failures to your advantage
🔹Traveling doesn’t have to be defined by booking an expensive flight to an exclusive hotel - while I love traveling I tend to forget that there are so many beautiful places around me! -

Hope you all had an amazzzzzing weekend & enjoy some motivation to start off the week❤️
