Nun bringt ihr die Hände und den Kopf soweit runter wie ihr es könnt (optimal wäre bis zum Boden) ohne das sich euer Gesäß vom Boden löst. Bei dieser Bewegung atmet ihr aus. Зачем ты качаешься? «Хватит качаться! Лучше приятное что-нибудь для себя сделай», «И сколько ты собираешься этим заниматься?». Я не отвечаю на такие вопросы. Вообще. Я просто молчу, игнорирую.
Потому что спорить с человеком, который считает, что познал истину – просто невозможно! Многие люди, которые находятся вокруг меня, почему-то пытаются научить меня жить правильно. Они говорят о КАТАСТРОФИЧЕСКОМ ВРЕДЕ бодибилдинга для здоровья, НЕВЕРОЯТНОЙ НАГРУЗКЕ НА ОРГАНИЗМ во время диеты, продолжая уплетать пирожки и конфеты с чаем.
Таких горе-учителей я предпочитаю обходить стороной. Всегда помните о правиле: слушать надо того, кто сам добился результата в том, о чём говорит.

Бодибилдинг – уникальный спорт. Он развивает в человеке очень важные качества, которые так же пригодятся ему в его жизни «вне спортзала», а именно:

Чувство полного контроля
над своим телом.

Трудолюбие.

Умение ставить конкретные цели и достигать их.

Отслеживать свой прогресс и искать пути решения проблемы, концентрироваться на важных вещах.

Дисциплина.

И многие другие… Не зря Арнольд Шварценеггер говорил, что бодибилдинг – это его "САМЫЙ ГЛАВНЫЙ УЧИТЕЛЬ" в жизни.

Consigli per iniziare un percorso fitness.
1)Non fissate obbiettivi impossibili,dettati da tutte le foto(ritoccate),che trovate sui social;
2)Per perdere peso non basta solo l'allenamento,se vi spaccate in palestra e poi mangiate 7 giorni su 7 alimenti sbagliati,"poco sani",o semplicemente mangiate troppo,non andrete da nessuna parte.La prima chiave è il giusto equilibrio tra dieta ed allenamento;
3)Non sottovalutate,MAI,la mente,essa deve essere ben coordinata con l'allenamento,durante l'esercizio l'approccio mentale è la base per spingere al massimo;
4)Non iniziate una "dieta" restrittiva,niente insalatine scondite,per mettere su massa avete bisogno di alimenti completi di tutti i macro e micronutrienti;
5)Se non avete nessun obbiettivo agonistico,non privatevi di qualche piccola voglia,concedete un pó di relax alla vostra mente,non sarà un cioccolatino,un gelato o una pizza a rovinare i vostri sacrifici fatti;
6)Niente fisse,nessun complesso,nessuna paura,niente di niente,solo spensieratezza.

That’s it! My 12 week challenge with @derrimut247 has finally come to an end!

This is a pure example of what constant hard work and consistency can achieve! 
I am relentless and I am unstoppable when I put my mind to something. Even when I’m close to reaching my goals I’m already setting the next one ☝🏼

I set my goal and not only did I reach it but I FKN DEMOLISHED IT!!

So so thankful for @tyson.mcmahon who always picked me up whenever I had self doubt (which was almost everyday) and reminding me of how if it’s anybody that can do it- it’s me! Oh and for being my photographer and videographer all the time I know how demanding and high maintenance I can be 😂🙌🏼

And I am so very grateful for @maus_physique who pushed me to my absolute limits every training session and opening up a new door in my mind and making me realise that I CAN DO A LOT MORE THAN I EVER THOUGHT I COULD!

I have been forced to take a couple of days off training due to a shoulder injury 😭😭 and its been a psychological and physical  struggle as the gym has actually become my place of solace and calm, but i understand i have to listen to my body to avoid irreparable damage.

{NEW} Rachel's Zucchini Crisps🙌

Zucchinis will be bursting out of our gardens these next few months, and I'm betting that even if you didn't plant your own, your neighbors will probably leave some on your porch!

This is a REALLY FUN, delicious recipe to make on the weekends when everyone's in the kitchen looking for something to snack on!

This is a bit different from our CFC norm, as we use the corn flakes to crisp up these zucchini fritters …but you know what?!! They turned out FANTASTIC!

Crispy, crunchy, just the right seasonings! All of our teenagers are HAPPY! And so are mom & dad!

I know I’m going to get a million comments on here that corn flakes are not “clean”. Our philosophy on food has never been super “ridged” or strict (it's really not!). We believe in eating GOOD food and making it at home as often as possible.

We’re allowed (REQUIRED) to have FUN, try new things, and to REALLY enjoy our meals! 
We have 6 teenagers, so compromise is our current season of life. 
Let me know if you try this one and how it went over at your house!

Ingredients:
2 medium, crisp zucchinis, sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds
1/3 cup crushed corn flakes (I used “Nature’s Path” brand) 
2 Tbsps sesame seeds
2 Tbsps poppy seeds
1/2 tsp dried garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried Italian seasonings
1 large egg, beaten
2 Tbsps avocado oil

Instructions:

Crush the corn flakes into crumbs with your food processor or by hand.

In a medium shallow bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic and onion powder, Italian seasoning and sea salt, very well.

In a second small, shallow bowl, beat the egg with a tiny pinch of sea salt and pepper.

Heat less than 1 tablespoon of avocado oil (for each small batch)in a large frying pan, or cast iron skillet, over medium high heat.

Dip each zucchini slice in the beaten egg mixture then dredge into the corn flake mixture, lightly pressing crust ingredients onto the zucchini.

Add to the heated skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip your zucchini slice, and cook another minute. 
Cook the crisps in small batches making sure not to over crowd the pan

Der erste Schritt auf dem Weg zum Ziel ist zu entscheiden, dass du nicht dort bleibst, wo du bist!

Ich wurde gestern beim Training angesprochen und gefragt ob es einen bestimmten Trick gibt wie ich meine aktuelle Form bekommen habe. Über dieses Kompliment hatte ich mich wirklich gefreut 😃. Abgesehen von einer optimierten Ernährung je nach Ziel, einem harten Training und Disziplin, gab ich ihm den Rat sich ein Zieltag zu setzen, an dem er mit seiner „Phase“ fertig sein will! Mein Ziel, den 02.06 vor Augen zu haben, hat mir während meiner Diät unglaublich geholfen um weiter durchzuziehen. Ich denke viele haben das Problem, dass sie sich beim Training keine Zielsetzung schaffen und daher im Laufe der Zeit stagnieren bzw. auf dem Weg aufhören.
Daher sucht euch einen Termin z.B. Sommerurlaub, setzt euch realistische Ziele und fangt an!🔥👊

Definitely having a stand still week. I’m still struggling on how much and what food I can eat. I’m not eating fast food or drinking anything other than water and green tea. I have not touched candy or any junk food🤮. I’m lifting a heavier weight category as well. The last two days I have taken it easy due to feeling week. I know it’s my diet that is making me feel weak and tired.
