Se treinas com foco na força ou hipertrofia ou simplesmente foges a 7 pés do cardio este post é pra ti e vamos dar-te 3 razões pelas quais o vais querer (ou devias) fazer: 
1- O exercício cardiovascular vai tornar o processo de oxigenação das células mais eficiente, o que te vai permitir recuperar mais rápido entre séries e manter a intensidade e qualidade do teu treino, o que aumentará a tua capacidade de trabalho (tolerância ao treino), permitindo-te atingir os teus objetivos mais depressa.
2- Vais ter um dispêndio extra de calorias, o que te pode ajudar num processo de perda de peso, caso perder peso não seja o teu objetivo ficas com caminho livre pra ingerir mais calorias, sim quer dizer que podes comer mais, mas sem abusos!
3- Cardio pode ser divertido! Estão à vontade pra usar a passadeira, a elíptica, ou qualquer máquina num ginásio, mas não se esqueçam que a maior máquina e mais versátil é o vosso corpo. 1° Dormir. Es imprescindible disfrutar de una cantidad adecuada de sueño y de calidad. Durante el sueño se realizan gran cantidad de procesos fisiologicos, la revitalizacion y recuperación. La falta de sueño afectará negativamente a tus progresos y a tu energía, tu humor, tu vida en general.

2° Beber agua. Mantener una hidratacion constante es vital, tanto para la pérdida de grasa, como la ganancia muscular como un simple bienestar. La falta de agua impedirá que rindas al máximo y favorecerá la ansiedad con la comida.

3° Vida activa. Ve caminando a los sitios, usa las escaleras para subir, muévete. Los estudios demuestran que una vida activa diaria es más eficiente que una sedentaria más 1h de gimnasio al día.

4° Sonrie. El estrés es tu enemigo, tirará por tierra cualquiera que sea tu objetivo debido a las hormonas que se generan. Sonríe y no dejes que te agobien los problemas.

Pronti per un altra giornata intensa di preparazione atletica. Sono una fan della preparazione fisica di base, a corpo libero, al massimo con l’aiuto delle cavigliere, soprattutto per il lavoro di mobilità contro gravità. Senza un quotidiano lavoro di potenziamento generale ottenere risultati negli esercizi di forza più complicati é davvero difficile e rischioso. What is Shoulder Impingement and What to do about it?...

🔹Shoulder impingement has traditionally been described as a “rubbing” of some of the shoulder structures underneath the bone leading to pain and possible rotator cuff tearing.
—-
🤓Fun fact: there is always some “rubbing” underneath the arch of the shoulder since there is no actual empty space underneath the acromion. 🔑It’s not contact alone that is the problem, it’s when several factors (I will outline below) cause these structures in the shoulder to exceed their capacity and tolerance. Then they get irritated and painful.

❓Then what’s going on if I have shoulder impingement?
🔥There are several structures that can be involved including the subacromial bursa, and the rotator cuff tendons. If these structures become inflamed, further compression and overhead motion will be painful.
—-
💎Shoulder impingement can either be your classic “subacromial impingement” or an “internal impingement”. Both are different in terms of what structures in the shoulder are injured, and how they should be rehabbed.

❓What to do if I have shoulder impingement?
🔑My treatment approach includes these 4 things:
1️⃣Total shoulder range of motion
2️⃣Rotator cuff strength
3️⃣Scapular stability
4️⃣Quality of shoulder blade motion

What is Shoulder Impingement and What to do about it?...

🔹Shoulder impingement has traditionally been described as a “rubbing” of some of the shoulder structures underneath the bone leading to pain and possible rotator cuff tearing.

🤓Fun fact: there is always some “rubbing” underneath the arch of the shoulder since there is no actual empty space underneath the acromion. 🔑It’s not contact alone that is the problem, it’s when several factors (I will outline below) cause these structures in the shoulder to exceed their capacity and tolerance. Then they get irritated and painful.

❓Then what’s going on if I have shoulder impingement?
🔥There are several structures that can be involved including the subacromial bursa, and the rotator cuff tendons. If these structures become inflamed, further compression and overhead motion will be painful.

💎Shoulder impingement can either be your classic “subacromial impingement” or an “internal impingement”. Both are different in terms of what structures in the shoulder are injured, and how they should be rehabbed.

❓What to do if I have shoulder impingement?
🔑My treatment approach includes these 4 things:
1️⃣Total shoulder range of motion
2️⃣Rotator cuff strength
3️⃣Scapular stability
4️⃣Quality of shoulder blade motion

Si buscas incrementar tu fuerza y entender la técnica para trabajar cualquier progresión para la Planche, checa la lagartija con protraccion 🔥.
.
La idea es no perder la protraccion inicial y mantenerla durante todo el movimiento 💪🏼.
.
Si llegas al piso con el pecho habrás perdido la protraccion y cambiado a retracción 👎🏼 y si bajas completamente manteniendo la protraccion, tu barbilla tocará primero ❌, osea que tendrás muy elevada la cadera y por ende, una mala ejecución.
.
La idea es enfatizar técnica y el trabajo en hombros, tríceps y core 😎. Obviamente también trabajaras el pecho. Es mucho más difícil de lo que parece.
.
✔️4-6 series hasta el fallo dos veces por semana será suficiente. Suerte!

If you want to increase strength and understand proper Planche mechanics, check out the protracted push-up 🔥.

The idea is not to lose the initial protraction and maintain it throughout the movement 💪🏼.
.
If you reach all the way down with your chest you will lose protraction and move into retraction 👎🏼, and if you go down completely with protraction, then your chin will touch the ground first ❌, which means your hips are high up and therefore, you’ll have bad execution.
.
This exercise will improve form and will focus on your shoulders, triceps and core primarily 😎. Obviously it’ll hit your chest, too. It’s harder than it looks, though.
.
✔️4-6 sets to failure 2 times a week, will be enough. Good luck!

Wait for it 
When learning to walk, NONE of us just stopped after the first fail and said “this isn’t for me” or “my body isn’t set up for that stuff”. We failed and failed and failed... hundreds of times. Same for talking, same for counting, same for everything. 
Do not fear failure.  Do not only reach to where you know you won’t fail. Exercise is one of the only activities that one seeks out failure, but really, it should be for a Lot of things. You’ll surprise yourself , just like you did when you took those first steps. And others will be just as amazed as they were back then. 
This is a #pr for me, and I failed the last 4 days trying it (with a week break in between ). #benchpress #powerlifting
