How can one ensure they are making progress in the gym?
When it comes to fitness training there are a number of variables to manipulate. Here are a few to consider; 
1) Training Frequency - how often are we training. We could train 2x per day/ 7x per week but the question is could we recover from training this frequency? Recovery is crucial to improvement so must be factored into the equation. On the flip side if you don’t train very frequently at all then you won’t see any improvements.
2) Intensity - progressive overload is one of the most important factors for seeing results in training. If we are not aiming for small improvements in each session then the muscles do not have enough stimulus to improve. For example - last week you did 3 sets of 10 reps at 80kg on Leg Press, this week you would aim to either increase the weight/load, repetitions or time under tension on the Leg Press. The same goes for Cardiovascular training. Increasing the amount of time/duration, speed or resistance each week. This only works to a certain point (you can’t improve every single week forever! So one must take reload/rest weeks whereby that you programme an easier week and don’t aim for personal bests in your training).
3) Exercise Type - if your wanting to improve leg/jump power then training biceps perhaps isn’t the quickest way to do this. Likewise if your wanting to gain muscle size, doing only the Exercycle at the gym isn’t going to get you there!  Ensure your choice of exercises and type of exercise is mainly specific to your goal. “Mainly” specific is used because you can cross train using various modalities of exercise and expect a degree of benefit towards your goal or to just inject variety into your exercise plan. .

After squats, this exercise really burnt out the legs. I usually try to add some extra volume after squatting on leg day and leg press machines are great to do that!! This vertical leg press is becoming my one of my favourites in the gym! With this exercise definitely focus on control rather than the weight and you’ll really feel it in the legs💪🏻—————————————————————————
Full leg workout: 
1️⃣Squats 5x5

Finished my back workout with these two great bicep exercises! If you want an awesome pump and some swollen guns 💪🏻, then give these a try.
.
.Exercise 1 🔥- EZ close grip barbell curls. Excellent for the outer long head of the bicep. Really control the weight and feel the muscle working and try to minimise the use of momentum 👌🏻🔥
. Exercise 2 - 🔥Dumbbell spider curls. I like to switch up elbow placement when training biceps to attack them from every angle. Focus on squeezing the bicep through the entire ROM for a sick pump👊🏻

I have been bed ridden for three days now with a 104 and some change temp(enter nelly song here)and I’m starting to go a little stir crazy. Obviously not being able to go to the gym kills me, but I also don’t feel like myself in doing so. You think being the sleepy person I am, I’d be okay with this.. NO, its awful. And feeling like you’re dying isn’t great either. ☠️ BUT, the best thing to do is listen to your body. I know, I’m being ::dramatic:: it’s three days😱.. but when all you want to do is throw some weight around, and your body is like whoa there tiger, let’s just spike that temp up to 105, it’s annoying. Тренировка бицепса невозможна без комплексной проработки остальной мускулатуры и верхней части корпуса — именно это позволит использовать серьезный рабочий вес в упражнениях.

✅ Качайте трицепсы.
Мы очень часто забываем, что бицепс — это только 30% нашей руки. 70% — это трицепс.

✅Соблюдайте идеальную технику и читингуйте крайние 2-3 раза.

✅ Максимальному мышечному росту помогает определенная цикличность калорий- придерживайтесь грамотного питания,без профицита и дефицита.

✅Визуализируйте.
Включайте нужную мышцу в работу, сосредотачивайтесь на ней.

✅ Небольшие тренировочные циклы создают больший мышечный прирост- меняйте программы тренировок.

But on the real, real - train your back. In fact, train it twice as hard as you do your front. A strong back means a bigger bench, easier pull-ups, stronger deadlifts, better posture, heavier squats, and more chicks (or dudes). Don’t forget about the posterior chain, just cause you can’t see it in the mirror all the time doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

It’s Friday so I guess flexing is a thing. 
I’m so happy in the progress I’ve seen but nowhere near where I plan to be! I hammered away for months on end with little to no success in weight loss due to an impaired metabolism, but with the right dietary and supplement approach from @fitnessking11286 we FINALLY got the ball rolling again. Hence why it’s crucial to have a knowledgeable and experienced coach and to execute the plan prescribed for you. 
This past year I hit numbers on the scale I’ve never seen and it scared the SHIT out of me. I’ve really had to learn to accept myself when I’m not exactly the way I want to be and it’s hard to admit I struggled A LOT with this and still continue coping with body image issues. Special thank you to @joshua.biggs for being so wonderful and supportive through it all. I’m so lucky to share the unconditional love he gives me. 
Regardless of where you are in your journey I implore you to love yourself, even though it’s quite often easier said than done.
