cuantos carbohidratos consumo? 🍠 sin respuesta.. recuerda que cada porcentaje va a depender de tu metabolismo + actividad física + edad + peso etc entonces lo que me sirve a mí no le va servir a los demás, cada PLAN DE ALIMENTACIÓN debe de ser PERSONALIZADO 😋

cuanto % de grasa tengo? 🔥 la verdad no recuerdo ni la última vez que lo medí, al igual que TAMPOCO sé cuanto peso ⚖️ NUNCA me he guiado por un número por que en realidad un número es eso.. SÓLO UN NÚMERO, guio mi progreso en la manera en cómo luce mi cuerpo y como me sienta bien sin aferrarme a ningún número pues mientras me guste lo que veo no hay número ni balanza que valga💪🏻.

en cuánto tiempo viste resultados? ⏰ como ya saben, toda mi vida había hecho ejercicio y “comia sano” pero nunca veía resultados (aprox 4 años en ese plan 🥵) podría decir que luego que comencé a cambiar mi tipo de entrenamiento enfocándome en las pesas y a alimentarme CORRECTAMENTE vi resultados GRANDES en 6-8 meses.

🔸Ingredients
8 ounces orzo pasta, cooked
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 ounces black olives, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium-size cucumber, diced
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
Simple Greek Dresssing:
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil (@kasandrinos)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Pinch of salt & pepper
🔹Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek dressing ingredients. In a large bowl, add the cooked orzo, red onion, black olives, tomatoes, bell pepper, and cucumber. Pour on as much of the remaining dressing as you like. Toss to mix well. Top with feta cheese.

I call this sequence "The Twister". Try this as a warm up before lifting weights. The goal is to take your joints to their full range of motion while keeping the muscles active (in a non-boring way). This lowers the risk of injury when lifting weights as now all your joints and muscles will be more prepared to get into compromised positions. It is a much better warm up option compared to running on a treadmill for example, which doesn't do anything to prepare you other than get you sweaty. You can keep repeating the sequence for longer periods of time following breath paterns to achieve a "flow" state... Do this and other mobility flows that I post here for a few months and you will see permanent improvements in your mobility and body awareness. .
