Мы часто удивляемся тому, как быстро летит время. Вроде вчера только начался 2019, а прошло уже полгода😱Как же замедлить время и начать наслаждаться жизнью🧘‍♂️

Все очень просто, время замедляется, когда мы попадаем в какие-то необычные для нас ситуации, испытываем новые эмоции, получаем больше информации. Сидя перед телеком  и играя в комп. игры, жизнь пролетает мгновенно, точно также она пролетает когда мы занимаемся одним и тем же изо дня в день.👷🏾‍♂️🧓🏻

Если же вы ведёте активный образ жизни и каждый ваш день насыщен разными событиями, уверен, оглядываясь назад спустя неделю, будет казаться, что прошел месяц.🎳

Попробуйте отправляться в ранее неизведанные места, пробуйте что-то новое, посещайте различные мероприятия, займитесь какими-либо видами спорта🏊‍♀️, заводите новые интересные знакомства. Мы часто удивляемся тому, как быстро летит время. Вроде вчера только начался 2019, а прошло уже полгода😱Как же замедлить время и начать наслаждаться жизнью🧘‍♂️

As I have said before, I had a rough couple of years. I let people tell me that I would never be good enough to accomplish my dreams and for a long time, I believed them. It was so difficult to finally start telling myself that they were wrong. I let them dim my light and I will never let that happen again. It was a very dark time for me and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I'm happy that I'm finally in a better place and positive self talk has really helped me to get to that place. If anyone is going through something similar, always know that you can reach out to me. Everyone has an inner light and you should NEVER let anyone else/anything dim that light and come between you and your happiness.

Der größte Fehler ist dann: Es sein zu lassen, und zu glauben, dass Sport und du nicht zusammenpassen. Dein Gehirn kommt zu dem Schluss, dass Spazieren gar nicht so schlecht ist – ein simpler Braineffekt, der für viele Überzeugungen, die du ausbildest, verantwortlich ist!

Du programmierst deinen Körper um 🤸‍♀️: Nach dem Sport, wenn dein Organismus zur Ruhe kommt, stellt sich immer öfter großes Wohlbefinden ein. Auch wenn der Einstieg ins Sporttreiben mitunter schwerfällt – sobald dein Körper merkt, dass nach dem Sport das beste Gleichgewicht herrscht, entwickelt er das Bedürfnis, diesen Zustand immer wieder herbeizuführen. Dos semanas de descarga bastante intensiva! Y para mi sorpresa creo que tengo menos hambre que cuando tenía más comida😂

Si me preguntan que donde me lo noto... Diría que en mis cachetes sobretodo, aún queda tiempo por delante pero lo más importante es lo motivada y las ganas que tengo

Las ganas que tengo de seguir con este estilo de vida, de superarme tanto físicamente, personalmente y profesionalmente .

Primeiro motivo era por simplesmente dar mais foco as atividades do curso técnico que estou pra finalizar. Ultimamente tem vindo exercícios mais complexos, principalmente quando se envolve conexões com banco de dados usando ASP.NET ou Java web, como não tenho familiaridade com back-end, acabo me perdendo um pouco nessa parte.

Outro motivo, é relacionado ao que tenho estudado, infelizmente aqui na minha região não há vagas para essa área, e quando aparece é muito disputada. Por conta disso andei pensando bastante sobre a minha área de atuação na programação. Voltei a estudar python, por ser uma linguagem que gosto bastante. E dei uma atenção para JavaScript para entrar no mercado de node.js
