So this past week I was rather quiet. I was cleared to workout two weeks ago Wednesday, then all of a sudden I didn’t workout. •
I got super sick- my body’s way of telling me to slow it down. Running around after a toddler, caring for a newborn, making sure my house was in order, then adding in a workout routine on little to no sleep caught up with me FAST. •
Now I’m rested, the baby is sleeping a heck of a lot more at night, and ready to kick some butt. 🤸‍♀️

I find having no bench press inspiring for alternatives cause setting up a rack for barbell Bench a pain in the 🍑

I also get bored extremely easily and love trying new stuff and so here is my double chin for you doing dumbbell floor press at a decline by simultaneously holding a bridge.

It was fun and we felt like dicks but goddamn I haven’t had pec contraction like that in the lower pec (probs cause I am a woman and I tend to avoid many things that really smash the lower half of my chest) area in a long time. Was super effective 👌🏼

I’ll be moving down to the beach  again this summer (YAY!) and if I’m honest I’m not sure how much I’ll really be posting on here. I know last summer I went mia for like 3 months, and I’m most likely not going to do that, but I definitely won’t be posting daily.

I’m kinda just going to post as I please, whatever I want, whenever I want because as much as I like sharing advice and hopefully helping people this account is just as much for me and my personal enjoyment.

I honestly cannot wait till summer actually arrives. I don’t get out of school for ~3 ish more weeks so I still have a bit to go. :( But the warm weather has finally arrived and I’m getting that summer fever.

A couple of weeks ago I finished Occam's Protocol from the 4hr Body, & I failed magnificently. Main reason why was, bc of a low stomach acid issue I managed to figure out and resolve. 
I had stomach issues off & on for over a year now. If it wasn't for Occam's Protocol, and @drericberg vids I probably wouldn't have been able to isolate the issue. After looking into it, I see why I've only attained minimal amount of results over that time. I'm thankful & grateful to say I'm back on the grind 🤙🏼

Ok so the main point here is that I’m LOVING my Zyia and if you like to workout and/or be comfortable definitely give it a try! I’m wearing the Black Bomber Bra (this is the one I’ve slept in and YES it’s so comfortable) which comes in a few colors including hot pink, and also the Light n Tight Hi-Rise 7/8 Leggings which are perfect for keeping cool and wicking away sweat.  Check out the link in my bio to shop all the sizes and styles! 💕  Now to my question: I know this is a time lapse video, but can anyone see how bad this stationary pull-up bar is moving and what can I do to keep it from doing that? Is it just a matter of getting used to it and working the right muscles to keep it from moving around so much? Even doing a pull-up I was noticing some swing on it but maybe that’s just a bad habit from aerial or do I need to work out these muscles more to get more strength? Any advice helps!
